Responsible for the enrollment of education examinations, formulate enrollment plans for higher and secondary specialized schools in the city, and guide the enrollment of higher education, secondary education and adult education; Responsible for the management of student status in secondary and lower education schools.

Responsible for the work of teachers in secondary and lower schools, implement the teacher qualification system, plan and guide the construction of teachers and educational administrative cadres at all levels.

To guide ideological and political work, moral education, physical education, health and art education in schools of all levels and types; Cooperate with relevant departments to maintain campus stability and safety. Overall planning, comprehensive coordination and management of all kinds of private education institutions at all levels and off-campus trusteeship centers, standardize the order of running private education, and promote the healthy development of private education.
