In order to improve the educational technology ability of primary and secondary school teachers in our school, promote teachers' professional development and enhance teachers' modern educational skills. Our school conducts educational technology training for primary and secondary school teachers from September to June. It turns out that my computer operation only stays at some basic levels, such as writing some documents. Now, I have been able to skillfully use the computer, operate in various ways, and produce my ideal electronic manuscript. This training filled some gaps in my knowledge of computer operation.
Information technology and subject integration are the main parts of this training. Educational technology is not only the operation of computer, but also the integration with corresponding disciplines. Only by paying attention to discovering and solving problems, reflecting, recording and reading in the dribs and drabs of teaching life, and being a serious and responsible person, will you gradually accumulate your first-hand information and provide a steady stream of materials for educational research. Therefore, to engage in educational research, we must start now! Thinking about my stories about love, persistence, confusion, happiness, methods and skills in education, and recording them bit by bit, will certainly accumulate into valuable educational wealth.
After reading this book, I understand several key issues. First, why do you want to engage in educational research? Judging from the current situation of educational scientific research, scientific research has entered a plateau area for many teachers, because teachers at this time have embarked on a road of job burnout, especially teachers around the age of 35. Some teachers wonder why we are always encouraged to do research, and why research is always not done well. In fact, many teachers don't know what they are doing. Many teachers often regard themselves as employees, and work is equivalent exchange; Most teachers are doing a kind of knowledge dealer's work, euphemistically called "educators"; In fact, the highest level of a teacher's profession is to be a research-oriented teacher. I realize that only by participating in educational research can teachers improve their research ability and teaching professional level, and can they move from an ordinary teacher to a "famous teacher". Only by constantly reflecting on yourself in your work and constantly reforming and innovating can you improve yourself and become an education expert. At the same time, teachers' educational research is also the need of our own specialization. It has always been thought that teachers can be teachers as long as they have a little cultural knowledge, and they don't need professionals like doctors and engineers, and they don't recognize the professional status of teachers. In fact, only by participating in educational research and improving their professional quality and research ability can teachers really adapt to the professional requirements of social development for teachers.
Second, how should we engage in educational research? I will elaborate on this issue from the perspectives of value orientation, research topics, research subjects, research methods, and manifestations of research results.
The ideal value orientation of primary and secondary school teachers' research should be to solve specific problems in the real education and teaching situation, improve the quality of education and teaching in the process of solving problems, and enhance their professional development level. The practical value orientation of teacher research is determined by the characteristics of teachers' profession. Strong practicality, high dependence on teachers' practical knowledge, and dynamic situation research are the distinctive characteristics of teachers' profession, which determines that the main purpose of teachers' research is not to establish a set of theories, to discover educational laws, or to sit on the road and "point the way", but to solve practical problems and emphasize practicality and operability. In the process of solving problems, improve teaching effect and cultivate research consciousness and research ability. The research conclusion does not pursue "universal applicability", as long as it has certain reference significance for other teachers and other similar problems.
The topic of primary and secondary school teachers' research should directly come from the front-line education and teaching practice and face the practical problems in reality. The selected research problems come from the front-line education and teaching situation and need to be solved urgently. The characteristics of the topic should be small, specific and feasible, rather than blindly seeking perfection; On the topic selection, we should return the right of choice to the front-line teachers and realize the "return" of the right of topic selection, instead of letting experts and professors do everything. In the establishment of district (county) and school-level topics, we should pay full attention to the voices of front-line teachers, ensure that a certain proportion of research topics come from practical education and teaching practice, face the real situation, highlight the "school-based" characteristics, and attach importance to excavating teachers' practical knowledge.
More importantly, it is necessary to realize the "institutional change" of discipline setting. Change the "top-down" system to the "bottom-up" system, that is, encourage front-line teachers to choose their own topics, and determine them as subject-based topics after inspection and screening, and get financial support. Front-line teachers are the most direct contacts in the real education and teaching situation, and they are part of the real situation. They have the most intuitive understanding of the actual situation and clearly know the priorities to solve problems. However, it is still inseparable from the guidance of professional researchers to rise from "research problems" to "research topics".
Teachers in primary and secondary schools should become the main body of research and have the power of "independence", even if "teachers become researchers" is worthy of the name. Teachers should be the designers, implementers and evaluators of research. From the formulation of topics, the analysis of problems, the design of research schemes, the selection of research methods, the implementation and adjustment of schemes, and the popularization of conclusions, primary and secondary school teachers themselves should have the final right to speak and the power of "final judgment". However, the "independence" of teachers does not exclude the role of professional researchers. Professional researchers should become the collaborators of front-line teachers to carry out research, play the role of correct guidance and appropriate counseling, and ensure that research is more scientific, accurate and profound. Teamwork and cooperative combat are important features of teacher research. Based on the objective needs of research, professional researchers, colleagues, parents, students, school administrators, etc. They should become "collaborators" in teacher research, form a team, jointly carry out research and solve practical problems.
In the choice of research methods, any educational research method can be used for front-line teachers to carry out research. However, the choice of specific methods must be based on the content of research and the ability of researchers. Considering that the topics studied by teachers are generally small and specific, the questions studied are generally in class education and teaching situations, or in several class scenes, and the questionnaires and scales that are more suitable for large sample size are not appropriate, while the methods of observation, interview, experiment, test and reflection are more reliable and effective. Reflection should be one of the main methods for teachers to carry out research. Combining the principles and theories of education and teaching, other people's research results and their own experience accumulation, it is very obvious to conduct in-depth and comprehensive reflection, develop tacit knowledge, turn tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge, sum up practical knowledge, solve practical problems and promote teachers' professional growth. The manifestations of teachers' research achievements should reflect "richness" and "diversity". In addition to research reports, papers and works, videos, pictures, audio, experiences, reflection logs and so on are all research results.
I benefited a lot from reading this book. I also realize that teachers' participation in educational research is the need of educational development, the need of developing educational science and the need of our teachers' own development. In the future work, we should actively participate in educational research, eliminate impetuous emotions, calm down and conduct teaching research, constantly improve our research ability and teaching professional level, and gradually move closer to expert teachers.

We spent the most time learning Flash animation. We have all studied it seriously, but time is limited. It can be said that all we have learned are some basic things.
