At present, the contents and objectives of most Chinese education activities are completed in accordance with the teacher guidance books issued by the local education department. Due to the lack of systematic training and guidance, some teachers only follow the teaching syllabus in the process of early childhood education, and cannot adjust the teaching objectives and plans according to local conditions, children's age characteristics, individual differences and other factors.
It can not be organically combined with children's growth law, which leads to the inconsistency between teaching content and children's needs and reduces the effect of children's language education activities. At the same time, due to the lack of targeted education, children have little language knowledge, and it is difficult to achieve the expected teaching effect.
2. The subject of educational activities is not clear, and the teaching method is single.
In Chinese education activities, many teachers do not understand and grasp the teaching materials properly, and their choices are unreasonable. They don't set up teaching situations according to children's learning characteristics and age characteristics, which leads to the solidification and singleness of teaching methods and makes language activities boring and unable to play an educational role. As a result, teachers say that children listen less, express less, practice less, don't want to say, dare not say, and language activities are meaningless.
3, eager for success, one-sided evaluation
Because some teachers are young, impatient and eager to achieve success in language education activities, they will take some measures to encourage their children. These methods can really have an effect on children in the short term, but they will leave a shadow on children's body and mind, leading to conflicts between children and the cultivation of language ability.
In addition, when evaluating children's performance, teachers pay too much attention to form, do not fully understand children's situation, and only use their own attitudes and thoughts to analyze and study, which leads to unreasonable evaluation of children, discourages children's enthusiasm, causes children's poor performance, and then affects the quality of teaching.
4. The student-centered concept is impermeable.
Student-oriented is one of the most ideal teaching concepts at present. Teachers at any stage should actively integrate into this concept and change their teaching concepts to provide a good foundation for children's growth and development.
However, in the current kindergarten education, some teachers do not integrate it into the teaching activities, and still take teachers as the leading factor, adopting indoctrination and spoon-feeding teaching methods, which not only easily makes children feel resistant and bored, but also hits their self-confidence, leads them to feel inferior, become more introverted, and even hinders the development of their language ability.
