The duties of the Disciplinary Committee are:
1, responsible for the party's discipline inspection;
2. Perform the duties of supervision, discipline and accountability in accordance with the Party's articles of association and other internal party laws and regulations;
3, responsible for the province's supervision work;
4. Perform the duties of supervision, investigation and disposal according to law;
5 responsible for organizing and coordinating the comprehensive and strict administration of the party, the building of a clean and honest party style and the publicity and education work against corruption;
6, responsible for a comprehensive analysis of the strict administration of the party, party style and clean government building and anti-corruption work, investigation and study of important theoretical and practical issues of discipline inspection and supervision work;
7, responsible for the supervision and inspection of feedback rectification implementation;
8. Strengthen the organization and coordination of international anti-corruption pursuit and escape prevention, and urge relevant units to do relevant work.

The supervisory organ is the organ of the people's government that exercises the supervisory function, and supervises the state administrative organs, their civil servants and other personnel appointed by the state administrative organs in accordance with this Law.
Article 6
Supervision should rely on the masses. The supervisory organ shall establish a reporting system, and citizens, legal persons or other organizations shall have the right to complain or report to the supervisory organ about acts of any state administrative organ, its civil servants and other personnel appointed by the state administrative organ that violate administrative discipline. The supervisory organ shall accept the report and investigate and handle it according to law; If the real name is reported, the result shall be replied. The supervisory organ shall keep confidential the matters reported, the acceptance of the report and the information related to the informant, and protect the lawful rights and interests of the informant. Specific measures shall be formulated by the State Council.
