Lecture: According to the qualification types and disciplines applied by the participants, three topics are decided (note: each topic is the standard experimental textbook of compulsory education curriculum published by People's Education Publishing House), and each topic is the content of one class hour, of which two topics are in the form of lectures and one topic is in the form of lectures. The trial time of each topic is 15 minutes. During the test, the evaluation team randomly selects one of the topics; Participants in the test prepare for about 15 minutes. During the examination, they are not allowed to bring any materials for the undergraduate program into the examination room and ask to release the manuscript.
Interview: After the trial lecture, we will talk, ask questions and show our skills for about 5 minutes.
The basic quality and ability of education and teaching are mainly tested by written test, interview and trial lecture. The written test mainly tests the applicant's knowledge level, the ability to solve practical problems by using the basic theoretical knowledge of education and the ability to design teaching plans. Applicants are required to take the course examination of "Introduction to Educational Methods" or "Introduction to Higher Education Methods" and participate in the design of teaching plans organized on the spot.
The interview focuses on the applicant's appearance, behavior, thinking ability and oral expression ability. The lecture focuses on the applicant's ability to achieve teaching objectives, organize teaching implementation, master teaching content, use teaching methods, explain, ask questions and write on the blackboard. The applicant is interviewed by the expert evaluation team first, and then answers the experts' questions.
