The education administrative department of the county people's government is the county education bureau, and the education administrative department of the municipal government is the municipal education bureau, the education department in the province and the Ministry of Education in the country.

Legal basis:

Fifteenth the State Council education administrative departments in charge of national education, overall planning, coordination and management of national education. The education administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be in charge of education within their respective administrative areas.
