Article 16 The names of private schools shall conform to the provisions of relevant laws and administrative regulations, and shall be approved and registered according to law. It shall not be the same as or similar to the names of other registered schools within the administrative area of this Municipality. If a foreign name is used, it shall have the same meaning as the Chinese name approved for registration.
