Yiyang Heshan Experimental School is the first nine-year public school approved by Yiyang Education Bureau in September 2006. It was co-founded by the Heshan District Government of Yiyang City and Mr. Fang, a private entrepreneur. Mr. Fang is the chairman of the school, and the current president is Fu Ying.
