What is administrative mediation?
Administrative mediation is a method for state administrative organs to deal with civil disputes between equal subjects. According to the relevant provisions of laws and administrative regulations, the state administrative organs make the disputing parties understand each other through patient persuasion and education, reach an agreement on the basis of equal consultation, and solve the dispute reasonably and thoroughly. Article 95 of the Administrative Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, if a citizen, legal person or other organization refuses to perform a judgment, ruling or conciliation statement, the administrative organ or a third party may apply to the people's court of first instance for compulsory execution, or the administrative organ shall execute it according to law.
