How can we form a good situation of moral education? The school leaders are thinking hard. After repeated discussions, the school decided to introduce the "moral tutorial system". As a student's moral education tutor, the head teacher and the head teacher form a class "moral education group" to manage students' study, life, behavior and discipline, guide students' psychology, do a good job in ideological work together, decompose the task of ideological education for students to the head teacher, and strive to change the single moral education mode of the head teacher, and strive to form a new situation in which the head teacher and the head teacher work together to educate the whole people.

1. Establish an organization to implement the "moral tutorial system". 4. Clarify the working methods of moral education counselors:

At the beginning of the new semester in 2004, the "moral tutorial system" began to be fully implemented in our school. Teachers feel students' rich inner world, constantly explore new ways and methods of moral education in their own practice, and pay attention to seeking breakthroughs and actions from students' inner world. Persuading people by reasoning will prompt students to adjust themselves, strengthen their sense of discipline, correct their learning attitude, clarify their purpose in life and establish correct values, thus cultivating their sound personality.
In addition to paying full attention to students' thoughts, life and study, it is more important to carry out targeted education according to students' reality. For example, master the thoughts and performances of students with bad behaviors, conduct targeted education and guidance, urge and encourage them to establish a correct outlook on life and develop good behavior habits; For students with learning difficulties, give guidance on learning attitudes and methods to help them build their self-confidence in learning and improve their ability to acquire knowledge; Reasonable psychological counseling for individual students with psychological barriers; Provide necessary help in thought, life and economy to students who lack family education and have poor families. In addition, the moral education teachers in our school guide students in various ways. First of all, we set the fourth class on Friday afternoon in the first week of every month as the special time for moral education teachers to talk with students. At this time, all moral education teachers communicate with the students who sign their contracts at the same time. The location can be classroom, office, playground and cultural corridor. At this time, the whole campus will present a unique scene where teachers and students share their voices. Secondly, the tutor also uses other time, or in the office, or inside and outside the classroom, or on the way to and from school, or on different occasions such as student dormitories, to exchange ideas with students and give them guidance in study, psychological guidance and care and help in life. Now in our school, you can see the moving pictures of tutors and students talking side by side and having heart-to-heart talks anytime and anywhere.

After more than three years of practice, the tutorial system of moral education has played a positive role in improving the effectiveness and pertinence of moral education in our school, and the pressure of moral education in our school has gradually eased, and the tutorial system of moral education has achieved initial results.
First, the effectiveness of moral education has been enhanced. Since the implementation of the moral tutorial system in our school, under the careful guidance of all moral tutors, many students with different degrees of learning difficulties have grown up healthily in the interaction between teachers and students. Students who are tired of learning have changed their learning methods, become interested in learning, and their academic performance has improved.
Second, teaching and educating people can be truly implemented. As moral education instructors, teachers have made it clear that they should undertake specific moral education tasks while teaching well. In their work, they not only pay attention to the ideological and moral situation of the students they guide, but also consciously or unconsciously infiltrate moral education in their own teaching. Moreover, in the interaction with students, teachers can also feel a kind of happiness and responsibility as teachers.
Third, the psychological distance between teachers and students has been narrowed. After the implementation of the moral tutorial system, many students prefer to tell their tutors through two-way pairing and equal dialogue and exchange. "Looking for a tutor if you have something on your mind" has been widely accepted by students.
Fourth, it has promoted the improvement of teachers' own quality and education level. People who can't control themselves are not fit to control others. The moral tutorial system makes every teacher have the responsibility of ideological education, study guidance and psychological counseling for a certain number of students, which requires teachers to constantly strengthen their ideological and moral literacy, set an example, and strengthen the research and guidance of students' individual psychology and behavior, thus promoting the improvement of teachers' education and teaching level.
Through the joint efforts of all moral education counselors and students for more than three years, the moral education tutorial system has become an important way of moral education in our school so far.
