From the perspective of open teaching system, the focus of teaching design lies in the design of teaching process system. Among all the elements of the teaching process system, the teaching theme is in the central position, and the teaching objectives, teaching forms, teaching methods, teaching evaluation, teachers' behavior and students' behavior all revolve around the teaching theme. The established teaching theme contains what kind of teaching goal it should achieve, and at the same time, it also stipulates the possible teaching forms, teaching methods and teaching evaluation means to achieve this teaching goal, thus limiting teachers' ability within this teaching theme.

Thematic teaching is a comprehensive course, which consists of a series of thematic teaching activities. "Thematic teaching activity is to integrate the teaching contents of various disciplines into a network theme" [5], which emphasizes the logical importance of the relationship between various elements and events related to the theme to curriculum implementation and breaks the limitation of knowledge and skills of "single discipline (field)".

(4) Presupposition and generation
Activities around the theme can be preset by teachers, that is, teachers decide the objectives and contents of activities and carry out activities. This type of thematic teaching activity has a certain structure. In addition, theme activities can also be initiated by children according to their learning experiences related to the theme, which is more open. This type of thematic teaching activity is generative. However, the general theme education activities are presupposed and generated symbionts. At first, teachers often preset goals and contents. However, in the process of deepening activities, children will produce some meaningful activities according to their own experiences and activities environment. Teachers will carry out activities on these generated contents, and the final theme activities are both preset and generated.
