Hello everyone! My name is Qiu Xiaoyan, and I am an ordinary art teacher in Qingshuitang Primary School in Kaifu District. I am very happy to be the host of today's grand topic opening ceremony, and I am honored to speak here on behalf of the members of the research group. Now, combining with my own artistic growth, I would like to briefly report my thoughts, accomplishments and gains in artistic growth to all the experts, leaders and teachers present here.
In July of 200 1 year, I transferred from Yuenan Road Primary School in Yuelu District of Changsha City to Qingshuitang Primary School in Kaifu District. This year is the first year for Kaifu District to implement the new curriculum reform as the first batch of national key experimental areas. I am fortunate to grow up with the new curriculum.
I just came to a strange environment and accepted a new experimental job. I feel very confused and confused. However, this refractory period is not long, because Kaifu District Education Bureau and Kaifu District Education Science Training Center often organize teachers in the whole district to carry out new curriculum training-both theoretically and professionally, and invite many well-known experts from all over the country, some of whom I just watched on TV or in books. When so many learning opportunities come to me, I feel hungry, full and happy. In this way, I successfully transitioned from the stage of exploration and confusion of crossing the river by feeling the stones to the stage of knowledge innovation that is down-to-earth and dare to think and do. With the guidance and help of Luo Wei, a researcher in our district, I have a "backbone" in every job. She asked me and other art teachers to carry out small-scale research on a regular basis, treating every classroom problem, every reflection and every discovery as a small topic. Therefore, every time I teach, I have a clear purpose and significance, positioning "teaching" and "learning" between teachers and students, giving teaching a vision of research and discovery, teaching with problems, summing up and thinking deeply, and letting me understand that doing research is not a castle in the air, not an ideal garden, but a step by step.
Li Chunxi, the headmaster of our school, told me many times, "Be an expert teacher." . Although I know that I am far from being an "expert teacher", this goal has given me a direction. With a guide to action. I am bolder and wider. I dare to talk to experts and try some important disciplines that I didn't dare to set foot in before. As for subject research, I regard it as more routine and more active, that is, to study, live and work with the eyes of research, inspection and exploration.
In the middle of the curriculum reform, I served as the deputy head of the sub-research group of "Art Curriculum and Textbook Research" in the Art Education Research Center of the Central Institute of Education; Become a member of the research group of "National Fine Arts New Curriculum Standards and New Textbook Experiments". I summed up a rule: project research is like the steering wheel of teachers' professional growth. With it, every job will become clear and meaningful. It is a navigation mark in teaching and a driving force for human progress. This is the first point I want to express: subject research promotes my growth.
Secondly, if a teacher wants to develop, he must first love reading, be able to read, make time for reading and read useful books.
The more books you read, the more you can find your own shortcomings, and the less you learn. This is a virtuous circle. Sometimes, you can read the same books as students, and go further into their inner world from the books that children love to read. If you want to know what a child is thinking, you must first know what he or she likes to watch. To this end, we should also read more books. I have read so many books, but the goal is the same, that is, to serve education and teaching more effectively. I remember that my art class "Bunny" won the first prize in the country, and it was played many times by CCTV Education Channel. Its design was inspired by a nursery rhyme I saw. Since then, I have a deeper understanding of "the book has its own golden house".
Third, think more, write more, summarize more and communicate more. It is my unremitting work to sum up and sort out my thoughts in time.
I used to write in hardcover books and use blue books to record interesting things in class and thinking after class. Later, I started a personal growth blog on the new thinking website, and I started writing on the blog for a long time. I find that blogging is really beneficial: first, I have more readers and can get feedback from many peers in time, and many tourists often leave heartfelt words at the bottom of my articles, which is very inspiring to me; Second, this writing style is no longer behind closed doors as before, and it has the feeling of "taking care of yourself"; Also, if you write too much, you will naturally practice writing, and you will no longer have to worry about writing papers and cases. Sometimes when I look back and reread the short stories and essays I have written, I can feel an epiphany or a rude awakening.
More communication, more dialogue, dialogue with peers and experts, and leaning down to talk with children are important ways for teachers to broaden their horizons and perspectives.
For a growing teacher, it is not enough to pay attention to his own classroom. He should not stick to the three-foot platform, but should extend his development vision to a higher place and make his vision clearer and broader. In this respect, I am a very happy teacher. My leaders and superiors are always creating such opportunities for us to go out of school many times to learn and communicate outside. So, I have the opportunity to exercise and improve again and again. I began to dare to introduce my groping education and teaching methods at the training meeting of art teachers in the whole region, and also began to boldly show myself at municipal and provincial seminars. I also dare to recommend the successful experience of our district to my colleagues all over the country at the national exchange meeting of art backbone teachers. On June 5438+065438+ 10, 2006, I was invited to four county-level cities in Guangxi, Yulin, Bobai, Luchuan and Bailiu, to have face-to-face communication with the art teachers and children there, and to have a dialogue in the form of classroom teaching. Such gains are immediate and get twice the result with half the effort.
Finally, I want to say that a reasonable and effective reward and evaluation mechanism is an important measure to promote teachers' professional development.
Since I entered Kaifu District, I have been more active in my work and made some gratifying achievements because I have too many things to learn and too many aspects to charge. Every progress I make has attracted the attention of leaders and superiors. The concern, encouragement and praise of leaders are an important source of strength for my continuous progress. When I make some gratifying progress in classroom teaching, I can always get the affirmation and appreciation from the higher education authorities, and provide me with more platforms for exercise and display.
In 2003, Kaifu District Government and Kaifu District Education Bureau launched the "Three Talents Project", which is an important reward measure to commend and reward a group of outstanding front-line leaders and teachers, and let the "star effect" play the role of "leading geese" in the teaching staff. I am honored to be a star teacher in Kaifu District. I know this is just an honorary title, but it is more like a mirror, because it always shines on me, reminds me and urges me-to replenish my energy when I feel tired and help me choose my direction when I feel confused. In 2006, I was honored to be selected as one of the "Top Ten Knowledge Workers" in the "Top Ten Knowledge Workers" selection activity organized by Changsha Education Commission and Changsha Education Federation of Trade Unions. On Teacher's Day in 2007, I was elected by the district, city and province, and was named "National Excellent Teacher". I was awarded the medal and honorary title by the Ministry of Education of China, and the first prize in education by the Hunan Provincial Department of Education ... and a series of evaluations, awards and honors, which made me feel that my efforts have been recognized and affirmed by everyone, and it is worth continuing. I regard these honors and awards as "gas stations" in my progress.
Whenever I trudge and get tired on the road, there is always a "gas station" to replenish my energy in time and make my progress more solid and powerful.
"A single flower is not spring", and it is the happiest thing to discuss, learn, progress and develop with more artistic colleagues. Every art teacher has his own territory and dominates his own artistic sky. These territories and the sky are like isolated ponds. Although they are bright and clear, they have no flowing rhythm and surging ripples. But if everyone moves towards the middle boldly and boldly, these single swamps and ponds may be connected into a vast ocean, an ocean full of movement and vitality. This is the joint efforts of the team! Isn't this blueprint the blueprint for teachers' professional growth built in our art project "Experimental Research on Problem Discovery and Behavior Improvement Based on Comprehensive Art Teachers' Growth"? !
I am glad that our project research has been strongly supported and helped by leaders and experts at all levels; I am very happy to develop and progress with all art teachers in this sincere cooperation team (Editor: Li)
