Students are the masters of learning. Therefore, teaching is not a teacher's performance, and the quality of teaching is ultimately reflected by the quality of learning. Our teaching is not to adapt students to teachers, on the contrary, teachers help students learn. All teachers' teaching preparation and teaching design should better aim at students' learning. "Teaching" is for "learning", and classroom teaching should be centered on "learning".

European and American education believes that when the teacher speaks perfectly and completely, it replaces the process of students' exploration, which is equivalent to canceling the acquisition of learning ability.

Foreign counterparts said: They want to see how China students study in class, but they only see the teacher, not the students, so they think this is not a real class, but like a performance class, where students watch the teacher perform. I saw that the teacher didn't see that the students' class was "fake learning".

Classroom learning:

The classroom should be more filled with students' voices and change the usual way of teacher-student interaction, that is, "squeezing toothpaste". The interaction between students occupies more share in the classroom, that is, under the organization of teachers, there is more interaction between students and teachers.

Example: China's first elementary school teaching film "We Love Teachers" was taught by Si Xia, who asked a child to write Chinese characters on the stage. After the child finishes writing, he will ask other students, "Please ask the child for advice." There was interaction between students in the classroom 42 years ago, but it is not normal now.

A good classroom should be: students take the initiative to learn, teachers give vivid lectures, and students are the masters of the classroom. Now in our class, sometimes students are not even servants, or even slaves.
