June, 5438+October, 2009 10, with the approval of Liaoning Provincial People's Government, Yingkou Municipal People's Government cooperated with Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, Liaoning University of Petrochemical Technology and Liaoning University of Science and Technology to build Yingkou University Park. Yingkou Institute of Technology was established with the approval of the Ministry of Education on April 20 13 after four years of incubation.
