Second, conduct a safety education for all employees.

Doing a good job in education and training is the key to improve the safety awareness of enterprise employees. Enterprises organize, guide and urge production teams to hold special safety pre-shift meetings through WeChat group and QQ group, and deploy risk factor identification, hidden danger investigation and emergency treatment measures through pre-shift meetings to warn each team member to pay attention to safety and practice safety.

Fourth, carry out a comprehensive safety "physical examination"

The enterprises that return to work and resume production shall, according to the characteristics of post-holiday safety production, make a safety inspection list, and conduct a comprehensive safety inspection of mechanical equipment, electrical lines, high-risk processes, safety protection facilities, emergency rescue facilities and places, links and parts with major safety risks. In addition, managers of various enterprises have also stepped up inspections to inspect the safe operation of equipment and facilities and the employees' mastery of post safety skills, so as to effectively prevent production safety accidents caused by equipment factors and human factors.

Five, to carry out strict inspection of law enforcement.

Combined with the daily law enforcement inspection, in the critical period of resumption of production and work, the law enforcement supervision squadron of the County Emergency Management Bureau conducts all-round law enforcement inspection on all enterprises that have resumed production and work, and fails to implement safety precautions, staff training, leaders on duty, etc., and will severely punish violations of laws and regulations according to law, and will never be soft, so as to truly ensure that the safety production work in the critical period of epidemic prevention and control is not chaotic.

Safety in production must include industry management, enterprise management and production management, strengthen and implement the main responsibility of production and business units and government supervision responsibility, and establish a mechanism in which production and business units are responsible, employees participate, government supervision, industry self-discipline and social supervision.

Article 5 The main person in charge of a production and business operation entity is the first person in charge of production safety of the entity, and is fully responsible for the work of production safety of the entity. Other responsible persons shall be responsible for the work of production safety within the scope of their duties.

Article 6 Employees of production and business operation entities shall have the right to obtain the guarantee of safety in production according to law, and shall perform the obligation of safety in production according to law.

Eleventh relevant departments of the State Council shall, in accordance with the requirements of ensuring safe production, formulate relevant national standards or industry standards in a timely manner according to law, and make timely revisions according to scientific and technological progress and economic development.
