Twelfth lupus erythematosus, dermatomyositis and/or polymyositis, scleroderma, polyarteritis nodosa, rheumatoid arthritis and other diffuse connective tissue diseases, Takayasu arteritis, unqualified.

Thirteenth advanced schistosomiasis, advanced filariasis accompanied by elephantiasis or chyluria, unqualified.

67.403 [General Conditions]

To obtain a four-level medical certificate, you must not have the following diseases or dysfunction that may affect the exercise of the licensing right or may be aggravated by the exercise of the licensing right:

67.405 [Psychiatry]

To obtain a four-level medical certificate, one should have no clear medical history or clinical diagnosis of the following mental diseases:

(2) Substance dependence or substance abuse;

3) Personality disorder;

(4) mental disorder or severe neurosis.

67.407[ nervous system]

To obtain the certificate of Grade 4 physical examination, there shall be no clear medical history or clinical diagnosis of the following nervous system diseases:

(1) epilepsy;

(2) Unexplained or difficult-to-prevent consciousness disorder;

(3) Craniocerebral injury and its complications or other nervous system diseases that may affect the safe exercise of licensing rights.

67.409[ Circulation System]

To obtain a certificate of four-level physical examination, there should be no clear history or clinical diagnosis of the following circulatory diseases:

(1) myocardial infarction;

(2) angina pectoris;

(3) coronary heart disease;

(4) Severe arrhythmia;

(5) heart valve replacement;

(6) Permanent pacemaker implantation;

(7) heart transplantation;

(8) Systolic blood pressure continuously exceeds 65,438 0.55 mm Hg, or diastolic blood pressure continuously exceeds 95 mm Hg;

(nine) other circulatory diseases that may affect the safe exercise of licensing rights.

67.4 1 1[ respiratory system]

Get the certificate of Grade 4 physical examination, and have no respiratory diseases or dysfunction;

(1) active pulmonary tuberculosis;

67.45438+03[ digestive system]

67.4438+05[ Infectious diseases]

(2) syphilis;

67.4 17[ Metabolic, Immune and Endocrine Systems]

67.423 [Pregnancy]

67.425[ Skeletal and Muscular System]

67.429[ Ear, nose, pharynx, throat and mouth]

To obtain the certificate of Grade 4 physical examination, one must not have the following ear, nose, pharynx, larynx or oral diseases or dysfunction:

(2) vestibular dysfunction;

(3) speech or pronunciation disorders;

67.433[ Eye and its Appendices]
