As early as the Spring and Autumn Period in our country, Confucius proposed to cultivate "scholars" who are interested in Taoism, and "Taoism" was interpreted by Confucianism as the perfect personality cultivation of "Ming De, being close to the people and stopping at perfection". In ancient Greece, Aristotle proposed to cultivate a "perfect person" with the harmonious development of body, intelligence and morality and the trinity of truth, goodness and beauty.
This idea was inherited and developed by some bourgeois educators and utopian socialists in 18 and 19 centuries, but it was not until Marx that this ideal changed from fantasy to reality. Marx scientifically summarized the theoretical connotation and realization conditions of man's all-round development, and scientifically explained man's all-round development from the height of dialectical materialism and historical materialism.
The difference between Marx's theory of man's all-round development and the past lies in that he pointed out the conditions, means and ways of man's all-round development through the analysis of the real man and the real production relationship, making it an important part of a complete scientific theoretical system from a romantic ideal.
What should educators do:
Every student is an independent individual at the beginning, which can be said to be "different", and these "differences" are valuable. More often, teachers are faced with "differences" between students, not necessarily "gaps". Cherish "differences" and then teach students in accordance with their aptitude, so that children can discover different themselves and achieve better ones.
Educators should fully respect the "differentiation" of growth, encourage the "diversification" of evaluation, and let each child find his own runway. Whether in-school evaluation or process evaluation in teaching, we should provide diversified evaluation standards for different types of students as much as possible.
Not only that, we can also develop a multi-level learning evaluation scale for students with different learning abilities, so that students can find their own learning starting point, determine their own practical learning goals, explore their own learning methods, and truly realize their growth significance.
