19 the 1970s and early 1990s were the heyday of westernization education. During this period, the Westernization School resisted the opposition of conservative forces in North Korea, occupied the positions of the Prime Minister's yamen and several important governors, and became a prominent force in the central and local governments, so it was able to vigorously promote the construction of the Westernization School.
