On the contrary, sports technology teaching is the real theme of middle school physical education classroom teaching. Only by returning the teaching of sports skills to the essence can students really like physical education class.

(A) Let the sports skill teaching return to the essence or why should we insist on skill teaching?

I saw on the Internet that Mao Zhenming, president of Beijing Normal University, clearly pointed out the tasks that physical education class should accomplish in his training lecture entitled "What is a good physical education class and how to make a good physical education class":

1. Teach students useful sports skills (the job of a PE teacher).

2. Exercise students' bodies and teach them the methods of fitness and the knowledge of sports culture.

3. Let students like sports and let them experience the success and fun of sports.

4. Moral education for students through physical education.

He emphasized that sports technology learning is the industry and cornerstone of sports. After listening to President Mao's analysis of the disadvantages of poor learning, low teaching level and repetition in the previous sports technology teaching, it reminds me that the goal of the eight-time curriculum reform is mainly to solve several problems of "too much emphasis", such as: too much emphasis on the teaching of competitive events, too much emphasis on the teacher's dominant position, too much emphasis on learning and mechanical training, too much emphasis on the evaluation of physical fitness and so on. We can't completely deny the past by mistake, nor can we abandon the positive things in physical education reform before the new curriculum reform.

Chen Ye, president of Beijing Institute of Education, pointed out that the teaching of sports skills can not be separated from biological stimulation, and students' sports quality and physical fitness can not be separated from biological stimulation. Without the improvement of sports skills and sense of success, students' enthusiasm for participating in sports cannot be improved; If there is no psychological process and education in the teaching of sports skills, students' physical and mental health will not be promoted; If there is no communication and interaction in the teaching of sports skills, students' social adaptability can not be effectively promoted.

It can be seen that sports skills are not only the main content of physical education class's curriculum study, but also the main carrier to achieve physical education class's specific goals. Mastering sports skills is also an important goal of physical education class's curriculum study. Any understanding and practice that belittles and weakens motor skill learning is wrong. In physical education teaching, if students are not guided to study and exercise hard and master sports skills, then "learning", "using", "being able" and "using knowledge and skills" can only be empty talk.

(B) How to understand the "success" and "happiness" of students in physical education teaching?

The "success" and "happiness" in physical education teaching are not only the superficial happiness when students participate in sports activities, but also the success and happiness that students have achieved through hard work in physical education classes or sports activities, which is a deep emotional experience and sports satisfaction.

Dean Mao Zhenming summed up the "happiness" of physical education learning as four points:

3. Enjoy physical and mental pleasure during and after exercise.

4. I feel successful and happy by living in harmony with teachers and peers and cooperating in learning.

I wonder if I can add a few more points:

1. Students pay a lot or come out of setbacks and failures to feel success and happiness and get more happiness.

2. I feel successful and happy for myself or my team to get the attention and appreciation from teachers and classmates.

I feel successful and happy because I have made progress, achieved my goal, and so on.

Only when students can truly feel a strong sense of success and happiness in physical education class, will students really like our physical education class.

(3) How to teach skills better.

Skill teaching is the theme of a class, and all other auxiliary teaching contents, methods and steps should serve it.

2. The content of sports skill teaching can be screened and reformed from the existing teaching content and competitive sports.

3. Develop skills teaching content suitable for students' sports by simplifying rules, simplifying techniques and tactics, reducing difficulty and reforming venue equipment.

4. The content of skill teaching serves the physical education curriculum and is loved by students. We should appropriately reform the teaching content of skills, delete the disadvantages of simply pursuing sports achievements, and tap the function of competitive sports to promote and inspire people's health.

5. Sports skills can also be selected and innovated from real life.

6. Learn more, learn and use more skills, techniques and methods to adapt students to society.

7. In organizing teaching methods, skills teaching should highlight students' dominant position in learning, strengthen teacher-student interaction and student-student interaction, stimulate students' interest in learning and enthusiasm for learning practice, completely change the past phenomenon that "students like sports activities but don't like physical education class", and present a scene of "students like, dream and expect physical education class", so that students' sports skills and physical and mental health can be gradually improved and developed.

8. Skill teaching is a method and means to improve students' physical quality and physical and mental health and lay a solid foundation for lifelong physical exercise.

In the teaching process, Dean Mao patiently and meticulously expounded "classifying sports skills and teaching them well in different categories", and made us deeply realize the importance, necessity and operability of sports skills teaching in basic education schools from both macro and micro aspects by using the method of coordinate diagram and class hour calculation.

Students understand the truth, and there is an urgent need for professional training in various sports skills teaching strategies and practices. Teacher Song and Professor Chen trained in theory and practice on the middle school track and field textbooks "Analysis of Teaching Methods" and "Teaching Skills and Practical Guidance of Learning Methods" respectively. Professor Chen and Teacher Wang trained us in the theory and practice of middle school ball textbooks, Professor Fang and Teacher Chen trained us in the theory and practice of middle school gymnastics textbooks, Teacher Zhou trained us in the theory and practice of middle school martial arts textbooks, and Teacher Zhang and Teacher Fan taught us the teaching skills and development of skipping rope and shuttlecock respectively. Professor Chen of Beijing Normal University also specially introduced the methods and principles of "quality development training" and held a group development competition ... These training courses guide us to better carry out teaching material analysis in physical education teaching practice, choose appropriate content, study teaching methods and means, master more teaching skills and methods, and promote students to learn basic enough sports skills in future life through physical education courses, improve their physical fitness, improve their physical and mental health, form good physical exercise habits, and lay a solid foundation for lifelong sports.

Through learning, I also realize that the content of middle school sports skill teaching can be screened and reformed from the existing teaching content and competitive sports. We can develop teaching content suitable for students' sports by simplifying rules, simplifying techniques and tactics, reducing difficulty and reforming venue equipment. The content of competitive sports serves the physical education curriculum and is deeply loved by students. Therefore, we should reform the content of competitive sports appropriately, delete the disadvantages of pursuing sports achievements only, and tap the healthy promotion and incentive functions of competitive sports. Of course, our sports skill textbooks can also be selected and innovated from real life. In the organizational teaching method of skill teaching, students' dominant position in learning should be highlighted, and teacher-student interaction and student-student interaction should be strengthened to stimulate students' interest in learning and enthusiasm for learning practice, so as to completely change the past phenomenon that "students like sports activities but don't like physical education class", present the scene of "students enjoying, dreaming and expecting physical education class", and gradually improve and develop students' sports skills and physical and mental health.

It is not difficult to have a good class. Only by doing a good job of physical education class in every class can students really like physical education class. A strong country must first strengthen education, and a strong teacher must first strengthen education. The key to teaching reform is teachers. Through the training of sports backbone teachers in the current national training plan, I believe that all students will set an example when they return to their respective posts.
