3. Strengthen the love for preschool education, love children's thoughts and feelings, and enhance their professionalism and sense of responsibility. "Kindergarten teacher" has many beautiful auras, but it is very heavy, because she must be caring, patient, careful, enterprising and responsible, so she must pay double love, which is not something everyone can do. It is almost impossible to leave every child behind, so the kindergarten has compiled a "growth file" for each child, so that teachers can know more about each child's personality characteristics when filling in the file, and they can see their growth every month, and also let teachers and parents have more communication.
