Zhou Jialuo (1921~1991), a native of Yuechi County, Sichuan Province, is a famous musician in modern China, and a collector and re-creator of the folk song Lanhuahua in northern Shaanxi. He has served as vice president of Beijing Dance School (now Beijing Dance Academy), director of the office of the Education Department of the Ministry of Culture, and deputy director of the Music Research Institute of China Academy of Art.

Zhou Jialuo 192 1 was born in Yuechi County, Sichuan Province. 1939 joined China, and then went to Yan 'an. 1940+00 was admitted to the Music Department of Lu Xun Art College in Yan 'an.
After graduating from Lu Yi, Zhou Jialuo was appointed as the music teacher of National Art Troupe and Trilateral Art Troupe and the education director of Yan 'an China Philharmonic Orchestra. After liberation, he served as deputy head of the Song and Dance Theater Orchestra affiliated to the Central Academy of Drama, director of the Office of the Central Experimental Opera House, member of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, director of the Education Department of the Beijing Dance Academy, director of the Office of the Education Department of the Ministry of Culture, and deputy director of the Music Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Art.
On June 28th, Comrade Zhou Jialuo died in Beijing at the age of 70.
