China's White Paper on Internet Learning was downloaded from Baidu Library.

The White Paper on Internet Learning in China (20 17) jointly edited by Education Management Information Center of Ministry of Education, Engineering Research Center of Digital Learning and Education Public Service Department and Baidu Education was officially released. Aiming at 20 17 Internet learning, the white paper published the survey data of the current situation and future trend of Internet education.
