Chen Heqin:
(1892 March 5-19821February 30) A native of Shangyu, Zhejiang Province, is a famous child educator, child psychologist and professor in China, and the founder of modern early childhood education in China. He graduated from Tsinghua University in his early years and studied in the United States for five years. 19 19 received a master's degree from Columbia University. After returning to China during the May 4th Movement, he initially served as a professor at Nanjing Normal University, teaching children's psychology courses. After the establishment of Southeast University, he served as a professor and dean of academic affairs. Later, he served as the president of Normal College of Central University and the president of Nanjing Normal College (now Nanjing Normal University).
Zhang Xuemen:
(189 1 ~ 1973) studied the Four Books and Five Classics at an early age, and then graduated from Zhejiang No.4 Middle School (now Ningbo No.1 Middle School). 19 12 became the principal of private Xingyin Primary School in Yin County. He was interested in early childhood education when he was young.
