The funding targets are: boarders: students from poor families boarding in public and private compulsory education schools approved by the county education commission (giving priority to "six types of students": students from families with established files, students from low-income families, orphans and disabled students, disabled students and disabled children, poor families and martyrs' children, and then subsidizing other poor students). Non-boarders: students from Jianka families attending public and private compulsory education schools approved by the County Education Commission.
Funding criteria. The subsidy standard for boarding students in primary schools is 500 yuan/student. The subsidy standard for non-boarding students is to provide a free lunch (the living allowance for non-boarding students and the nutrition improvement plan are not enjoyed at the same time).
