(2) Two deep-hole blasting or demolition blasting or urban controlled blasting projects in class A complex environment.

2. The enterprise manager has more than 10 years of engineering management experience or has a senior title; The chief engineer has more than 10 years experience in technical management of blasting construction, has presided over the design and construction of B-class large blasting, demolition blasting or urban controlled blasting, and has senior titles; The chief accountant has an accounting title above the intermediate level.

There are not less than 40 engineers and economic managers with professional titles in the enterprise, including not less than 30 engineers and technicians in blasting, machinery, electricity, instrumentation and geology; Among the engineering and technical personnel, there are not less than 15 people with intermediate or above titles, including not less than 3 people with senior titles in blasting.

The enterprise shall have at least three project managers with first-class qualifications.

3. The registered capital of the enterprise is more than 6 million yuan and the net assets of the enterprise are more than 7.2 million yuan.

4 enterprises in the past three years, the highest annual project settlement income of more than 30 million yuan.

5. The enterprise has drilling rig, pneumatic pick, air compressor, generator, seismograph, total station and other construction and testing equipment.

6. Enterprises should have Class A and Class B blasting and demolition blasting design certificates and explosives use licenses issued by relevant departments.

Secondary qualification standard:

1. In recent five years, the enterprise has undertaken the construction of the following two projects 1 or above, and the project quality has met the design requirements.

(1) 2 large-scale blasting engineering (including copper chamber blasting, open-pit deep-hole blasting, underground or underwater deep-hole blasting);

(2) Two deep-hole blasting or demolition blasting or urban controlled blasting projects in Class B complex environment.

2. The enterprise manager has more than 8 years working experience in project management or has a senior title; The technical director has more than 8 years of technical management experience in blasting construction, presided over the design and construction of C-class large blasting and demolition blasting, and has senior titles; The person in charge of finance has an intermediate or above accounting title.

There are not less than 20 engineers and economic managers with professional titles in the enterprise, including not less than 15 engineers and technicians in blasting, machinery, electricity, instrumentation and geology; Among the engineering and technical personnel, there are no less than 10 people with intermediate titles or above, and no less than 1 person with senior titles in blasting.

The enterprise shall have at least 3 project managers with the qualification of Grade II or above.

3. The registered capital of the enterprise is more than 3 million yuan and the net assets of the enterprise are more than 3.6 million yuan.

4. The highest annual project settlement income of the enterprise in recent 3 years exceeds150,000 yuan.

5. The enterprise has drilling rig, pneumatic pick, air compressor, generator, seismograph, total station and other construction and testing equipment.

6. The enterprise has the design certificate of Class C blasting and Class B demolition blasting issued by the relevant departments and the use license of explosives.

Level 3 qualification standard:

1. In recent five years, the enterprise has undertaken the construction of the following three projects 1 or above, and the project quality has met the design requirements.

(1) 2 large-scale blasting engineering (including copper chamber blasting, open-pit deep-hole blasting, underground or underwater deep-hole blasting);

(2) Two deep-hole drilling or demolition projects in C-class complex environment or urban control projects;

(3) Demolition of 3 buildings and structures with a height exceeding10m by mechanical or manual operation.

2. The enterprise manager has more than 5 years working experience in project management or above intermediate title; The technical director has more than 5 years experience in technical management of blasting demolition construction and has intermediate or above titles; The person in charge of finance has an intermediate or above accounting title.

There are not less than 12 engineering, technical and economic managers with professional titles in the enterprise, including not less than 8 professional technicians in civil engineering, machinery and blasting; Among the engineering and technical personnel, there are not less than 4 professional and technical personnel in civil engineering, machinery and blasting with intermediate or above titles.

The enterprise shall have no less than 4 project managers with three or more qualifications.

3. The registered capital of the enterprise is more than 6,543,800 yuan, and the net assets of the enterprise are more than 6,543,800 yuan. .

4. The highest annual project settlement income of the enterprise in the past three years is more than 5 million yuan.

5. The enterprise has corresponding professional demolition construction machinery and testing instruments.

6. The enterprise has the design certificate of D-level blasting and C-level demolition blasting and the use license of explosives issued by relevant departments.

Scope of contracted works:

First-class enterprise: it can undertake all kinds of large-scale blasting projects, deep-hole blasting in complex environment, demolition blasting and urban controlled blasting projects.

Second-class enterprises: they can undertake large-scale blasting projects with a single contract amount not exceeding 5 times of the registered capital of the enterprise, with the level of C and below, and deep-hole blasting, demolition blasting and urban controlled blasting with the level of B and below in complex environments.

Third-class enterprises: they can undertake large-scale blasting projects with a single contract amount not exceeding 5 times of the registered capital of the enterprise, deep-hole blasting, demolition blasting and urban controlled blasting projects in complex environments with a single contract amount not exceeding 5 times of the registered capital of the enterprise, and demolish various buildings and structures by mechanical or manual operations.
