We should lay a good foundation for their lives.

After studying the Guiding Outline of Kindergarten Education, I feel that every child is affected by what teachers say and do, so we should create a relaxed, free and safe environment in which children can live, play and study freely. Teachers and children should live in harmony, and we should respect each child's personality and promote each child's personality development. It is necessary to combine the actual situation of our class and the development level of the class, and consider the children's learning characteristics and cognitive rules. The development of language and the works of every child. I remember in a regional activity, I accidentally broke a child's sticker in the area. I didn't feel anything wrong at that time. This kind of behavior is enough to have a bad influence on children and cause disrespect to children. If it is serious, it will even have a negative impact on children. I overheard a child say, "Why should I post my work if the teacher doesn't value it?" It is enough to prove that children, like adults, need to be respected and praised by others. As a kindergarten teacher, we must have the same heart as children to get along with them, just like getting along with friends, using beautiful language instead of imperative language.

I think the key to teaching and educating people is the quality of teachers themselves. Preschool educators must have modern education, so I will improve my professional education level in the future, observe and communicate with each other through various educational activities, learn from each other's strengths, improve the quality of education and promote the development of young children.

As teachers, we should treat every child equally and respect and care for them. Teachers should step down from the position of leader, squat down, communicate with children with a curious childlike innocence, observe children from their perspective and understand their thoughts. Only in this way can children regard the teacher as one of their own, and they are willing to tell the teacher what they really think, so as to establish a good relationship between teachers and students. Children are active, curious and inquisitive. They are curious about everything. They always ask questions, touch here and there, and they will make mistakes if they are not careful. Teachers should treat children's mistakes with understanding and tolerance, and help children calmly analyze the causes of mistakes, so that children can accept teachers' criticism wholeheartedly.
