(1) Some people think that as long as schools are equipped with modern educational equipment and widely used, modernization and modern education will be realized. Actually this is a misunderstanding. Many scholars have pointed out many times that mastering modern educational technology does not necessarily realize educational modernization, and only with modern educational concepts can we become real modern people. The application of modern educational technology is a necessary condition for educational modernization, but it is not a necessary and sufficient condition for educational modernization, because it cannot meet all the conditions of educational modernization. Modern educational technology must be integrated with modern educational ideas in order to become an important symbol of educational modernization.

(2) The degree of realization of teaching objectives depends on the quality of activities of various elements in the teaching process and the results of their interaction. Means serve the purpose. In the process of teaching, many teachers simply design their teaching from how to apply modern educational technology, rather than from the needs of teaching, and fall into the misunderstanding of using modern teaching methods in order to use modern teaching methods. In a word, the wide application of multimedia teaching has become an important means to optimize classroom teaching and improve students' quality, which has obviously improved the teaching effect and made classroom teaching glow with unprecedented vitality. This is a great achievement of combining modern educational technology with traditional educational means. Modern educational technology, especially multimedia, has many advantages, but it is only a teaching aid and has its own shortcomings. There is no outdated media, only inappropriate use. Any kind of media has its advantages and disadvantages, and it must be used comprehensively to achieve the best teaching effect. Therefore, in teaching, don't fall into the misunderstanding of "only multimedia teaching theory", and the media should never be mutually exclusive. Attention should be paid to the combination of traditional teaching media (such as teaching AIDS, wall charts, slides, tape recorders, televisions, etc.). ), traditional mathematical means (physical objects, language, movements and instant blackboard writing displayed by teachers, etc. ) and modern educational technology, use whatever is appropriate, and the best teaching effect will be achieved. Combined, from the perspective of optimizing the effect, we should actively combine modern teaching methods with traditional teaching methods, reform and open up each other, learn from each other's strong points and integrate them into a new whole.
Teachers are designers, organizers and instructors of teaching processes and activities, and they are also models of students' excellent quality. Every word, every expression, gesture, action, eyes and tone of the teacher convey an emotional message to the students, so as to emphasize the key points and difficulties in the teaching content and the teacher's personal views and opinions. Teachers pass on knowledge, ability and consciousness to students, educate them and influence them through their own words and deeds. This is irreplaceable by any other media. (d) The application of modern teaching methods should be supported by certain material and technical conditions. Leaders' educational ideas and concepts are closely related to the investment in educational technology hardware facilities. Only when leaders attach importance to it can infrastructure such as equipment and technical conditions be guaranteed, which is an important factor affecting the application and popularization of modern teaching methods.
This school is equipped with modern educational equipment. If the teacher can't use it, it is equivalent to "turning a deaf ear." Teachers are supporters and disseminators of educational technology, and their concepts, abilities and qualities determine the application, development and popularization of modern educational technology. Teachers' mastery and operation level of modern educational technology is an important prerequisite for improving teaching effect. Therefore, strengthening the training of teachers in using modern educational technology is the key.
