Everyone should be responsible for himself, face up to reality and work hard. Every student should remember his ambition and what he said. Remind them to put into action, observe and find good classmates as role models for students, and gradually form a good atmosphere.
I also educate students to have pursuit and ambition through theme class meetings, real cases, video materials and videos, and tell them how far a person's thoughts go, so that they can become people with ideals, pursuits, self-confidence and self-improvement.
Second, do a good job of coordination and establish a learning atmosphere.
In recent years, due to many reasons, such as heavy schoolwork burden and heavy study pressure, many students are tired of learning, which leads them to fail to understand the teacher's good intentions, and the relationship between teachers and students is tense. Some students do not obey the teacher's teaching, and even contradict and insult the teacher, which has adversely affected the construction of class style and study style. As a class teacher, we should handle the relationship between teachers and students, go into students' hearts, change their learning attitudes, arm their minds, make them interested and motivated in learning, become the masters of learning, and change "I want to learn" into "I want to learn". Change "hard study" into "happy study", know how to repay kindness, let them feel the teacher's hard work, feel the teacher's care for them, understand and love the teacher, become friends with the teacher, and form a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
To form a good learning atmosphere, we must establish the goal of class struggle, set up mutual learning groups, and strengthen students' consciousness of unity, mutual assistance and cooperation. There are many students who have a correct learning attitude and are diligent, but their learning effect is not good and their grades are not ideal. Therefore, the guidance of the class teacher is very important and crucial. I ask students to set goals according to their actual situation and have practical study plans. When you encounter difficulties and doubts in your study every day, don't give up or give up, solve them in time, try to keep up with the teacher's teaching rhythm and ideas, and grasp the knowledge you learned that day. No matter how nervous you are studying every day, you should preview new lessons the next day, even if it is browsing. Be sure to do your homework independently and consciously according to the teacher's requirements, especially pay attention to the lecture notes, do everything possible to prevent plagiarism and ensure the quality of your homework.
In addition, I attach great importance to classroom teaching and often explain the importance of classroom to students. Tell students that no matter what shortcuts are, they are not as effective as listening carefully in class. I use the classroom tracking system. First, I give full play to the role of discipline representatives and team leaders, and ask them to report the daily classroom situation in time, so that I can understand the classroom situation of various disciplines and take necessary measures and actions as soon as possible; Second, communicate with teachers frequently, understand the learning trends of class students, and discuss with them the ways to put an end to bad phenomena to ensure the learning effect of class for 45 minutes. In order to convince students, I will use some examples of students I have taught in the past to analyze the reasons for their success and failure with students. We also search online for some expert-guided learning methods and use class meetings to guide students. Usually teach students to learn some methods to adjust psychological pressure and build self-confidence. The power of example is infinite. To create a good class learning atmosphere, we should give full play to the exemplary leading role of class elites. Class cadres play a vital role in the cohesion and combat effectiveness of a class. To this end, I carefully selected and determined the class cadres and subject representatives, so that those students who are progressive in thinking, bold and responsible, have a sense of collective honor and ideal academic performance can serve as class cadres, often hold meetings, assign tasks, establish prestige and point out the direction, so that they can promote positive and suppress evil in class work, carry forward healthy trends, and be leaders of classmates, good assistants of teachers and good examples of cultural learning.
As we all know, without the mechanism of competition, the collective will lose its vitality, and the individual will have no sense of crisis and no motivation to make progress. It is also an important means to cultivate students' strong learning atmosphere by stimulating students' fighting spirit and exerting their great potential with competitions. Therefore, I strongly encourage competition in the class, cultivate students' sense of competition, give play to the role of groups, organize various activities and competitions, and keep the students in a competitive state that is not to be outdone.
