Legal analysis:

Teachers in any of the following circumstances shall be given administrative sanctions or dismissed by their schools, other educational institutions or educational administrative departments. (a) deliberately not to complete the task of education and teaching, resulting in losses to education and teaching; (two) corporal punishment of students, the education is invalid; (three) bad conduct, insulting students, bad influence.

Thirty-seventh teachers in any of the following circumstances shall be given administrative sanctions or dismissed by schools, other educational institutions or educational administrative departments:

(a) deliberately not to complete the task of education and teaching, resulting in losses to education and teaching;

(two) corporal punishment of students, the education is invalid;

(three) bad conduct, insulting students, bad influence.
