Legal basis for registration

Article 15 of the Regulations on Patent Agency (Order No.76 of the State Council) stipulates that China citizens who support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and have certain conditions may apply for the qualification of patent agent.

acceptance condition

The registration application materials are complete, and the contents conform to the state regulations.

Required materials

1. A scanned copy of my valid ID card; 2. An electronic version of my recent three-month bareheaded color blue background photo in the prescribed format; 3. A scanned copy of my work certificate. Graduate students need to upload a scanned copy of their work certificate; 4. Scanned letter of commitment for patent agent qualification application; 5. A scanned copy of my education or degree certificate.
