You can directly enter "China Education TV 1 Channel" in Baidu's address bar, and the first link and the second link will pop up (the following links are also acceptable). But it is only available during 2 1: 25-2 1: 35 (I used to watch it at 2 1: 30, so it would be better if you opened it five minutes in advance).
