TA impression
"Sometimes pure,
Sometimes passionate,
One by one,
In two extreme states,
Experience the balance and freedom of design. "
This is the description of Li Chao from outside.
On that day, the author had a deep understanding of this in the process of talking with him.
Li Chao's body exudes elegance and indifference from his bones.
He told his own design story and design concept.
Speaking of highlights.
Excited like a child.
Even more surprising is that.
At the same time, output your own opinions reasonably and methodically.
He can also read a paper very carefully.
This calmness stems from his familiarity with space design.
The answers to many questions are already in my heart.

TA quotation
"The title of the designer is not important.
The key is what designers have done in this industry.
It can be seen that he has promoted the development of this industry to a certain extent. "
"People need to grow up every day,
Never let your cognitive growth lag behind the pace of social development.
Live a good day, the best state should be:
Facing the past, there is no regret;
Handle the current situation confidently;
Prepare for the future without fear. "
"The biggest gap between people,
Often lies in the differences in cognitive thinking. "
"Learning should be online at any time,
Instead of acting when you feel that your knowledge reserve is insufficient. "
"Design just has different views,
There is no right or wrong,
Only good and bad, appropriate and inappropriate. "

TA design
"Future Humanism, Doctrine of the Mean and Symbiosis"
Design is about people's activities, and it is the occurrence of mutual transformation of material, life and emotion. The design of SEPD St. Wen Yi emphasizes the design concept of "humanity is restrained, and the future will coexist", explores the subtle relationship between humanity, creativity and life, perfectly integrates restraint and freedom of aesthetic expression, and creates a high-quality space with endless creativity to satisfy the pursuit of different interests in life.
▲SEPD's new work: Country Garden Phoenix Zhigu Block A
Classic reading: "The aesthetic pleasure of a space is based on the senses, moving from formal aesthetics to spiritual aesthetics, and then feeling the spiritual comfort brought by beauty and entering the ideal world represented by beauty. This is like what Zumto said about the open and empty quality of an object or building, "said the chief designer of the project. "It is necessary to achieve a certain balance in the expression and restraint of spatial morphemes and retain the ethereal aftertaste, but we must also consider many factors such as the positioning of the project and the surrounding environment. In the end, we hope it is a modern and simple space, but it combines the natural charm of Zhan Qing, Shui Mu. "
▲SEPD's new work: Dameisha New Haitian Word of Mouth Sales Office
Classic reading: Li Chao said that whether it is a commercial space or a private residence, I hope to create a space that resonates with people, where emotions can talk to themselves.
With the increasing popularity of stylization, space design does not need too much decorative language, but how to deal with spiritual and functional things, that is, how to create a "home" with more humanistic care. "This house is very suitable for family use and interaction. When the case really landed, whether from the scale of space or from the atmosphere of space, we all hope that customers will feel comfortable and humanistic care. " Li Chao said.
Design not only faces the present, but also links the future.
Li Chao said that "a symbiotic future" means that SEPD Saint Wen Yi Design is a professional team with a business partner and project partner system. Based on common values-from the ideal of the market and customers, we will build sustainable architecture, interior technology and art based on the future. On this basis, explore the diversity of styles and endless creative breakthroughs-form accurate design strategies and excellent design performance.
In SEPD, independent thinking is as important as teamwork. Through continuous team building, an efficient cooperative atmosphere and inspiring working mechanism are formed to ignite the spark of creativity. Li Chao said that my ideal design kingdom is not dancing alone, but the glory of a team, and everyone is shining.
In the future, SEPD Shengyiwen Design will actively explore and embrace more possibilities with the professional spirit of "exploring the quality aesthetics of design to maximize the value of space benefits" and the team management concept of "respecting individual creation and embracing the wonderful diversity and integration", and deduce the value of various space forms from Mirrado exhibition hall, future office space, eco-industrial resort and serviced apartment, so as to realize the vision of "design resonates with emotion and space coexists with the future".
part four
TA dialogue
Reporter: What do you think is the biggest factor that affects the design level of yourself or your team at present? How would you solve it?
Li Chao: Let me start with myself. I feel that my current study and cognition are not enough. I need to keep learning and recharge myself. On the other hand, I want to be a comprehensive designer. Everything I do now tends to be more rational and data-based research and design. I need to get in touch with more, get to know them, and then know more than I know.
As far as the team is concerned, I believe that any team will encounter this problem, that is, new and old members alternately have some cognitive levels, and the overall cognitive level is uneven. Therefore, I hope that every member of the team should be studious and enterprising, and at the same time learn to reflect and summarize. Whether doing a case or doing a design, even if they share it themselves, they must first know how to read. After observing and thinking, I will visit after thinking, and make a copy and make a summary after visiting.
The answer is to think about why he can succeed and why he can do it. Why can't you do this? In our company, everyone should share at least one thing every month, such as fashion, architecture or design magazines, as well as some beautiful things seen in society, such as lighting, bookstores and so on. No matter what you share, your point of view represents your cognitive level at this stage. When you share it, will people in your same stage resonate with you, and what inspiration can people in the previous stage and the next stage give you? I think this is the meaning of our interactive learning.
In a word, I hope everyone can study together. To tell the truth, in view of my present situation, I don't have complete time to study. Sometimes you can only take pictures or record things worth learning and thinking, and then study them carefully when you have time.
Reporter: As far as you are concerned, what are the criteria for judging a good design work?
Li Chao: To meet the needs of economic physics in a limited time and at a limited cost; Second, it will inspire the industry and society after landing and play a leading role; Third, as far as business is concerned, it can bring him good income, even exceeding the expected value.
But in fact, what I want to express is that interior design actually has typical timeliness characteristics. Any interior design works, with the passage of time and the change of mainstream consciousness of social life, will face problems such as backward style and functional degradation. Therefore, the foundation, function and aesthetic requirements of interior design can never be considered as immutable. Designers must keep pace with the times in order to keep pace with the customers you have to deal with. Designers need precipitation and promotion, precipitation and promotion is to better produce works and constantly strive to reach a higher level.
Reporter: Everyone's design concept is different, but when communicating with customers, the customer's concept is different from what our designers imagined. When these differences appear, how do you balance the relationship between design and customers?
Li Chao: I had an unwritten rule before, that is, we don't accept cases of family disharmony, don't respect the old people in the world, and don't care about the young people, because it doesn't conform to our design values.
When we do every case, we are actually selecting customers, because for so many years, I have been insisting on my customer information, cultivating my circle and serving my customer base well. I am working on a project recently. This project is very small. From the beginning to now, our general contractor only charged them 50 thousand yuan. Of course, many people ask me why I worked for tens of thousands of dollars for a whole year, but do you know what I got? This host has complete trust in our teacher, and I think he will basically adopt all the good ones. Because this space is very small, I advocate simplicity, supplemented by oriental tonality, and at the same time ensure the variability of space. This customer was moved by me in this way. For me, this is a project that can give full play to my imagination and innovation, and I get happiness and satisfaction from it.
Designers should calm down, balance the relationship between design and customers, accurately interpret customer needs and add their own professional opinions to create a home space with temperature and taste. How to grasp the customer's needs, you need to do design research carefully in the early stage, spend time and energy to get to know the customer, interact with him more, accompany him to have tea and chat, drink and eat, etc. And you will gradually discover some behavior habits in their lives.
Reporter: Please talk about the future development plan of the team.
Li Chao: Regarding the future planning of the team, we just communicated with the shareholders a few days ago. We hope that the team will continue to do conceptual design, that is, make a brand-new adjustment on all previous designs, and the conceptual design only does the concept of bidding.
My plan for my team is the next three to five years. We have gone through five years. In the next five years, I hope that our total number of people will continue to be controlled within 40, our works will be more diversified, and the proportion of living space will be larger. Commercial real estate projects will be released slowly and some stable workpiece projects will be done. At this time, we need more team members with expertise, and our selection criteria will be improved accordingly.
I have great confidence in team talent and training. From the establishment of the company, I first auditioned all the newcomers, selected excellent seeds, and gave them to relevant people for layer-by-layer interviews. For the selected "seed", we will dynamically record what position he interviewed at the beginning, the reason for leaving, and what expertise he has. This is my talent pool for future team development planning.
Reporter: In your opinion, how to define a successful designer?
Li Chao: I think being able to handle most things easily is success. Grasp the scale of each link in each project, and make the space have a sense of temperature and artistic conception, which can resonate with people and have deep and warm interaction.
The fifth part
TA works
▲SEPD's new work: Jinyu Xinghe Dandi
Classic reading: A good design should meet people's numerous life, spiritual and aesthetic needs in addition to its functions. In this case, the space is described in the style of combining Chinese and western styles, which is both exemplary and inclusive, and strives to realize people's rich imagination of contemporary villa life. In the tea room, calligraphy room and meditation room, SEPD design uses contemporary design vocabulary to deploy oriental artistic conception and spirituality. In the public meeting space, it sets off the feelings of daily life with more elegant beauty, while in the private space, it tries to express peace and tranquility with simplicity and conciseness.
Postscript: Kenya Hara mentioned in Design in Design that design is not a skill, but a feeling and insight to capture the essence of things. Because of this, the designer can capture the owner's needs and ideas from the details, sort out these observations and understandings, and inject innovative elements and warm power into the cold space through a unique aesthetic perspective and professional design techniques, so that the final product is flexible, original and specific.
Li Chao insists on humanized design in his works, balances the aesthetic taste and rational appeal of space on the basis of keen perception of the future, accurately expresses the individual needs of every customer, and perfectly puts the concept of "humanistic moderation" to the ground. At the same time, he also carried out team building with a professional and sincere attitude and confidently built his ideal design kingdom.
