The new education advocates reading, writing and living together among teachers, students, schools and parents. I try to start with daily reading, advocate students to do "morning reading, noon reading and late reading", change the traditional reading habits, and change the reading class from curriculum to teacher-student interaction. In the usual teaching, I mostly go off the platform and walk into students' after-school life, reading and feeling with students, so that students can understand life better and get different results every time they read.

How to improve class cohesion and form a good class spirit? I found the answer in the new education. In our class, I have turned daily etiquette into a rhythmic exercise that students like to see and hear. Through the activity of "Civilized Etiquette Accompany Me", students can grow up healthily in a civilized and happy class environment.

During the big recess, all the students in my class are doing recess exercises, but the difference is that I arranged this set of exercises for the students. It is called the rhythm of civilized etiquette: "Meet the teacher, say hello, meet the classmates, say hello early ... cross the stairs, talk about order ... When you are in class, you should stand up, pay tribute to each other and pay attention to etiquette ..."

This set of rhythmic gymnastics weaves the usual civilized language and civilized behavior into a "three-character classic" with distinctive language rhythm and rich life content, which allows students to get into their heads and minds and facilitate reading and memory. Singing the three-character classic of civilized etiquette, dancing lively rhythmic gymnastics, dynamic rhythmic gymnastics with clear rhythm and positive accompaniment music, coupled with polite etiquette movements, have imperceptibly realized the normalization of students' etiquette education.

The rhythmic practice of civilized etiquette not only allows students to receive etiquette education in happiness, but also plays this educational function on every wall of our class. The wall says, "Did I make progress today?" "Who is the best" and so on. The students' daily civilized manners are recorded in the corresponding praise column. Students learn knowledge in a subtle way, accept encouragement, and always urge themselves to become good students who are civilized and love learning.

Third, let students love learning more.

As an educational reform, new education and teaching aims to make education more suitable for students' growth. Since it is a new thing, we need to explore and practice it. So how to make students like learning more and how to make the classroom energetic?

In our class, the names of Lily Group, Little Water Drop Group and Juyuntang Group are very eye-catching, and the students' groups all have their own names. The students in Qingkui group like the spirit of sunflower blooming in the sun best. The students in the small water drop group think that although the small water drop is small, its perseverance and the spirit of water drop piercing the stone are worth learning, hoping to overcome difficulties with the spirit of water drop piercing the stone.

In fact, for students, any slight progress can enhance their self-confidence. It is not difficult for teachers to let students have a little successful experience. Students gain a perfect life in a little success.

The same is the reform of education and teaching. Different schools will make different successful explorations. Different teachers have different classroom designs for the same teaching content. Through the new teaching practice, I found that everything is changing quietly. In the past, teachers urged students to study, but now students like to study.
