The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said that the above-mentioned APP and SDK should complete the rectification and implementation work before February 25. If it fails to be rectified within the time limit, relevant disposal work will be organized according to laws and regulations.
On March 14, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology attached great importance to the protection of users' rights and interests and continued to carry out special rectification actions against users' rights and interests by APP. On the eve of "3 15" International Consumer Rights Day, in order to consolidate the effectiveness of governance and create a good environment for jointly safeguarding consumer rights, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology launched a "look back" campaign to rectify the infringement of users' rights by APP.
