1. Application method
Apply for provincial teaching achievement award
(1) Personal application or recommendation by teaching and research section (group) or department (department) shall be recommended to the Provincial Department of Education on the basis of merit after examination by the school, and the results of the first prize recommended shall not exceed 20% of the total number of recommendations. Apply for the National Teaching Achievement Award
(2) The entity or individual holding the achievement shall apply to the education administrative department of the people's government of a province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government or the education administrative department of the relevant department of the State Council according to the affiliation, and the education administrative department or the education administrative department that accepts the application shall recommend it to the State Education Commission.
(3) Units or individuals belonging to relevant departments in the State Council may also apply to the education administrative departments of the local people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and the education administrative departments that accept the applications shall recommend them to the State Education Commission.
2. Declaration conditions
(1) To declare teaching achievements, in principle, it should be based on teaching reform projects or quality engineering projects at or above the school level, and other achievements with remarkable teaching reform level and outstanding effect can also be declared.
(2) The results should be tested by education and teaching practice for more than 2 years, and the results of applying for the grand prize and the first prize should generally be tested by education and teaching practice for not less than 4 years. The starting time of practical examination should be calculated from the time when the education and teaching plan is formally implemented (including trial implementation), excluding the time for discussion, demonstration and formulation of the plan.
(3) The main achievers of the results should directly participate in the whole process of scheme design, demonstration, research and implementation of the results, and make major contributions. Retirees, personnel transferred from schools, and seconded external personnel cannot be the first finishers.
If the teaching achievement is jointly completed by two or more units or individuals, the units or individuals that jointly completed it shall jointly apply. Encourage the integration of the school's high-quality resources, inter-school alliances, cooperation between governments, enterprises and research institutes, and jointly carry out teaching achievement declaration and research. Each achievement is not limited to the number of major finishers and major completion units; Each person can submit no more than 2 results (including the moderator), and as the first finisher, no more than 1 results can be obtained.
(4) the achievements that have won the teaching achievement award are basically the same or have no special innovation, and may not be declared repeatedly.
3. Material requirements
The declared teaching achievements are not passive water and trees without roots. If the problems existing in education and teaching are studied in terms of theoretical ideas, methods and paths, and on this basis, a scheme (scheme design) of education and teaching reform is formed, and innovative, stable and exemplary results are formed in solving this problem, then we can go back and sort out this exploration process, summarize and refine the results and form application materials.
First of all, documents are the basis for preparing materials, so we should carefully study relevant documents, such as the Regulations on Teaching Achievement Awards and the Measures for the Implementation of the Regulations on Teaching Achievement Awards. Special attention should be paid to:
(1) The starting time of the practical examination shall be calculated from the time when the education and teaching plan is formally implemented (including formal trial implementation), excluding the time for discussion, demonstration and formulation of the plan. If the results are publications such as teaching materials (including electronic teaching materials) and works, they shall be counted from the time of official publication.
