Suhomlinski's educational thought of all-round development of personality is in Chapter 7-Section 12 of 333. Suhomlinski is the most influential educator in the Soviet Union after World War II. He formed a unique teaching ideology, the most famous of which is the educational theory of comprehensive and harmonious development of personality. Suhomlinski's educational thought and practice had a great influence on the development of Soviet educational theory in 1970s and 1980s, and he was known as the master of educational thought. Compared with the traditional one-sided emphasis on learning indirect knowledge, classroom teaching and teachers' leading role, Suhomlinski emphasized the combination of education with creative labor and self-education, and the combination of school education and family education, and proposed that the requirements of school and family education could be met by popularizing educational knowledge to parents.
