Development Orientation of Zhuzhou Vocational Education University Town
The basic orientation of Zhuzhou Vocational Education City is "based on Zhuzhou, serving the whole province and facing the whole country", and it will become Zhuzhou's "city card, model of industrialization, cradle of technicians, development engine" and "innovation capital of vocational education in the central region", so as to realize the coordinated development from a vocational education park with a single educational function to a park with the characteristics of diversification, unique image and industrialization, and gradually establish a north with the old city of Zhuzhou, Yunlong New City and surrounding areas.

The overall planning of Zhuzhou Vocational Education University City includes "one city and nine schools, one river and one lake (Longmuhe and Qianlong Lake), three halls and two centers (city library, city science and technology museum, gymnasium, public training center and public service center), and three vertical and six horizontal trunk lines". The vocational education city is planned to be completed in 3 years and completely improved in 5 years. Upon completion, Zhuzhou Vocational Education University Town will integrate the functions of education, scientific research, residence and leisure, and become Zhuzhou's "city card, two-oriented model, technician cradle, development engine" and "Central Vocational Education Innovation Capital", providing more and better professional talents and vocational training services for Hunan's economic construction and making positive contributions to the construction of "two-oriented society" in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan. Zhuzhou Vocational Education City will realize four major thematic functions, namely, educational function: building a demonstration vocational education park in central China; R&D function: actively face the needs of regional and Zhuzhou industries, and build Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan practical science and technology R&D park; Service function: to build an elegant and young public service center in the south of Yunlong; Residential function: to become a blessed place for Zhuzhou to live and work in peace and contentment.

The land layout of vocational education city takes Longmu River and Qianlong Lake as the main water systems, and three main vertical roads and six horizontal roads such as Lin Xue Road as the skeleton of the road network, forming five functional areas, such as educational functional areas and shared functional areas, which form an organic and benign interaction with Longmu River functional landscape axis, creative park and shared core.

On the whole, the park has formed a development scale of one city and nine schools, with appropriate reservations. The 1 municipal shared area and three inter-school shared areas were built, and three libraries and three centers, including library, science and technology museum and gymnasium, skill certification and training center, supporting service center and R&D incubation center, were arranged along the Longmu River to show the image of public center of vocational education. The planned land for scientific research and innovation is mainly located near the school and along the Longmu River, and a variety of formats have been planned. According to the master plan of Shangyunlong, it is planned to be located in the center of a new town integrating commerce, finance, culture and entertainment in the south of Lindong Road, with a planned land area of about 50 hectares, serving about 400,000 people in the south of Yunlong. The planning of the park goes deep into the site, carefully studies the essential characteristics of the park landscape, shapes the image that embodies the beauty of educational innovation gathering area and elegant culture, and establishes six urban design strategies.

1. Longhe Yingcheng.

Along the Longmu River, the overall characteristics are functional development and landscape ecological shaping. Along the line, it will not only gather the core functions such as education sharing and scientific research innovation in the region, but also focus on shaping the diverse and rich public open space in the waterfront.

2. Yaocheng, a lake of vitality

R&D, innovation, culture, leisure and other functions are all gathered around Qianlong Lake on the south side of Longmu River. Park-style R&D office and technology trade exhibition center are arranged in the west of the lake, and the shopping park in the east of the lake and the new town center in the south are connected with public culture and leisure, forming a static, fresh and elegant space atmosphere as a whole.

First of all, the overall spatial layout is closely combined with the terrain, which is developed with high density and high intensity in gentle and low-lying areas and low intensity in hilly and high places; Secondly, closely combined with the hills, the architectural layout and open space design are carried out by types to maximize the cultural characteristics of the park.

The design actively combines the location of the pond, and actively uses the pond in various ways, or as a pool in parks and squares, or as a campus landscape water system, equipped with a rainwater collection system, and unified design.

5. Prosperous cities with characteristic gardens

Considering the proximity of people and the unity of land development, a series of characteristic parks with different areas are planned, which form a multi-level and three-dimensional interactive space effect with surrounding buildings and open spaces and become a public center gathering popularity and wealth.

6. Tree-lined Street Weaving City

The tree-lined street system connects scattered spatial elements, thus weaving a systematic and networked public open space system. Each tree-lined street emphasizes the plant configuration of different tree species, so it has its own characteristics. In order to achieve the goal of "industrialization and modernization", build the first low-carbon Zhuzhou Vocational Education Science and Technology City in China, and achieve the emission reduction goal of reducing carbon emissions by about 50%, Zhuzhou Vocational Education Science and Technology City first plans to build various projects with low-carbon emissions as the starting point, including ecological water system, low-carbon energy, green buildings and green carbon sinks. On this basis, it is planned to build a systematic "two-oriented" index system, including resource conservation and environmental friendliness.

1. Ecological water system planning

Through the relationship among flood, rainwater, sewage and water, the cascade utilization of water is the main line to reduce the flood frequency in Long Mu, reduce the impact on the ecological environment and improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of water resources. Combine rainwater collection and utilization with school landscape, reduce the number of rainwater flushing and drainage, form a good water flow interaction relationship with Longmu River, and take the utilization of sewage in the region as an opportunity to build a reclaimed water plant to form two demonstration projects.

2. Low carbon energy system planning

Adopting a brand-new energy system planning method, based on the traditional urban electricity and gas, combined with new energy and distributed energy stations, a high-quality and efficient urban energy supply system is formed to ensure the energy security of the park and reduce the recurrent cost of energy use.

3. Ecological environment and carbon sink system planning

Taking carbon reduction and pollution control as the leading principle, increase the park's own carbon sink and reduce carbon input; Based on the restoration of Longmu River system, the carbon sink function of Longmu River will be gradually restored, and the construction of carbon sink forest road will be promoted by relying on the greening construction of campus, scientific research area and residential area, with carbon-absorbing tree species as the main carrier.

4. Green transportation and green building

With transportation energy saving as the starting point and green transportation system as the planning carrier, the use of electric vehicles and new energy vehicles will be strengthened, and the carbon emissions brought by transportation will be greatly reduced.

According to the technical maturity, operability and other factors, reclaimed water plant, distributed energy station, zero-carbon gymnasium and carbon sink forest road are selected as four "two-oriented" low-carbon landmark projects. Based on the principle of economy, compactness and full use of energy, municipal parks will be built, and reclaimed water plants, distributed stations, garbage disposal centers, biomass energy stations and sewage heat source pumps will be integrated and coordinated to form an important low-carbon symbol of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan.
