4. After the transfer, the school registration management unit (school) shall go through the relevant formalities according to the regulations, and at the same time ensure that the original school registration management unit (school) timely exchanges the transfer students' files and information according to the relevant provisions of the education department.

Treatment process

1. Parents should contact the primary school in their school district first. If there are no remaining degrees in the school district, the local education bureau will coordinate enrollment according to the principle of relative proximity and overall arrangement.

2. Parents or other legal guardians of students apply to the transfer school or the education administrative department of the transfer place, fill in the Application Form for Transfer of Primary and Secondary School Students in Hunan Province, and provide relevant transfer certification materials.

3. After the transfer is completed, go to the education administrative department where the school is registered and send the list of students to the transfer school for verification; After the transfer is approved by the school, it shall be reported to the competent education administrative department for verification; If you don't agree, you should explain the reasons, and you may not refuse without justifiable reasons.
