Paper scraps and garbage can be seen everywhere, and leftovers in the canteen pile up like mountains. Many students ignore their parents' hard work, lavish and extravagant, and compare with each other.

2. Weak labor concept and labor consciousness.

Many college students are lazy and slippery in the labor activities organized by the school, and are unwilling to do some necessary labor, such as personal hygiene. Some even didn't clean the dormitory and classroom during school, rarely cleaned their own clothes and bedding, and didn't want to help their families share housework when they went home during the holidays. Their labor consciousness is indifferent, which is manifested in laziness in study, truancy and even cheating in exams.

An analysis of the present situation of college students' labor education;

1. From the family level, the one-child policy and the pressure of academic competition have led to the neglect of labor in family education. Students basically don't participate in housework at home, and parents don't encourage their children to participate in labor exercise.

Parents often only care about their children's academic performance. They don't have to do anything as long as they study hard.

2. From the school level, there are no courses related to labor education, and the cultivation of labor concepts and habits is less.

3. From the social point of view, students have relaxed their requirements under the influence of social environment, and some wrong ideas have appeared. Some students are influenced by money worship and hedonism.

Some students think that they only need to get good grades and don't need a positive sense of labor. The competition among students is only the competition of scores, and no one will compete for the enthusiasm of labor.

At the same time, influenced by some wrong ideas of getting something for nothing, it leads to the phenomenon of looking down on manual labor and working people.
