Shenyang Normal University, located in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, was organized and supervised by the Liaoning Provincial People's Government, and was selected into the "Excellent Legal Talents Education and Training Plan" and "Excellent Teachers Training Plan" of the Ministry of Education.
