The first phase of the project started in June, 20 13, and officially opened on September 30th, 20 15, covering an area of about 140 mu, with a total construction area of about 220,000 square meters and a total investment of about 10 billion yuan. The first phase project mainly includes primary and secondary schools, training institutions, libraries, exhibition halls, gymnasiums and other facilities. It is one of the larger educational complexes in Zhengzhou.

2. The second phase of the project started in July 20 17, and is expected to be completed and put into use in 2020, covering an area of about 100 mu, with a total construction area of about 200,000 square meters and a total investment of about1200 million yuan. Compared with the first-phase project, the second-phase project mainly increases high-end educational institutions, international schools, scientific and technological innovation research and development centers and other facilities.
