Fourth, management mechanism.

1. Strengthen the study of leading bodies and middle-level cadres and unify their thinking. Make team members play a leading role in the park and improve the effectiveness and ability of hierarchical management.

2. Striving for first-class gardens is our top priority at present, and it is very important to strengthen the monitoring mechanism of objectives and planning implementation. Every Monday is regularly used as the work report day of the leading group.
