1. Do a good job in personal health monitoring. Self-health monitoring should be carried out every day. If there are abnormal health, high-risk areas in epidemic prevention and control, and living history in epidemic-related areas, you should take the initiative to report to the college counselor.
2. Actively vaccinate. Students who have no contraindications should be vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine as soon as possible, so as to be "foolproof" and jointly build an immune barrier.
3. Pay attention to the epidemic situation and plan the trip reasonably. Grasp the relevant requirements of school epidemic prevention and control in time, and understand the epidemic situation and prevention and control regulations of the current location and school location. Avoid going to high-risk areas or areas with reported cases, and reduce unnecessary stopovers, travel and visiting relatives and friends.
4. Maintain good hygiene habits, adhere to good hygiene habits such as washing hands frequently, wearing masks, regular ventilation, chopsticks system, "one-meter line", cough etiquette, cleaning and disinfection, and healthy lifestyle such as reasonable diet and moderate exercise, and consciously improve health literacy and self-protection ability.
5. Cooperate with counselors and teachers to fill in the personal information ledger before entering school.
Second, the admission conditions and requirements
1. Students who meet the following conditions can enter the school:
(1) belongs to the field of normalized prevention and control measures;
(2) Self-health monitoring was conducted for 7 consecutive days before returning to school, and there were no symptoms such as abnormal body temperature, cough and fatigue;
(3) Within 7 days before returning to school, there is no residence history or contact history of epidemic-related personnel in the high-risk area of epidemic prevention and control and the closed control management area determined by the epidemic prevention and control headquarters where the campus is located (please pay attention to real-time update).
(4) Teachers and students in low-risk areas should return to school within 48 hours with negative proof of nucleic acid detection, and they can participate in education and teaching activities normally after being checked twice for three days without abnormality as required.
(5) All students return to school with negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours (subject to the time when the report is issued). If you can't provide a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate when you enter school, you will be arranged to live in the temporary observation room of the school as appropriate until you can issue a negative nucleic acid test certificate.
(6) Students who have reported local cases within 7 days before returning to school should complete the 1 nucleic acid test within 3 days after returning to school.
It is recommended that all freshmen who return to Guangdong from other provinces complete nucleic acid detection twice within 3 days and do a good job in health monitoring. Avoid going out and attending parties before the negative results of nucleic acid sampling are issued.
2. Under any of the following circumstances, with the approval of the school, students are suspended from resuming their studies or enrolling:
(1) COVID-19 positive cases (including confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons) during isolation treatment, close contacts and sub-close contacts during isolation period will not return to school for the time being. After systematic treatment and implementation of health management measures, they can enter school with relevant medical certificates and approval from the school.
(2) During the summer vacation, students who are identified as confirmed cases or asymptomatic infections, or as close contacts or sub-close contacts, should provide medical observation certificates before entering the school, and can enter the school only after being approved by the school.
(3) Students who are in areas with high epidemic risk or areas where temporary static management measures are implemented will be suspended from enrolling, and can only enroll after their areas are reduced to areas with normal prevention and control measures or static management is lifted.
(4) Persons whose health codes are assigned with red and yellow codes must implement health management according to the prevention and control requirements of Guangzhou, and be approved by the school with relevant medical certificates and negative results of nucleic acid testing.
(5) Students suffering from incurable infectious diseases (such as influenza and acute tuberculosis). ) will not be admitted to school for the time being, and will not be admitted to school until it is processed systematically and is not contagious. The community health service center (town health center) in the area where it is located shall issue a certificate of resumption of schooling, which is recognized by the school.
(6) International students should report to the school more than 10 days before entering the school, and the school will make a judgment and report it to the local department for approval before entering the school.
The above conditions for returning to school are adjusted in time according to the epidemic situation and the latest requirements of local prevention and control departments.
Third, the matters needing attention on the day of admission
1. Wear masks scientifically during the whole process of enrollment, do a good job of personal protection, and properly save the travel ticket information so that it can be traced back when necessary for epidemic prevention and control.
2. Enter the school in strict accordance with the declared itinerary, and do not change the itinerary without authorization. If there is any change, report it to the college counselor in time, and don't flow at will when passing through railway stations, airports and transfer stations. 3. Try to reduce communication with others on public transport, avoid gathering, try to keep a distance from passengers in the same car, try to avoid touching public facilities such as door handles and elevator buttons directly, and wash your hands in time or wipe them with quick-drying hand disinfectant after contact.
4. If you have fever, dry cough, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat and other symptoms on your way to school, you should go to the nearest doctor in time. For example, on public transport such as airplanes and trains, you should actively cooperate with the flight attendants to carry out health monitoring, epidemic prevention management and other measures, and report the relevant situation to the school in time.
5. Freshmen bring paper health cards (give them to counselors) to cooperate with the staff at the school gate to measure their body temperature, and check the back-to-school code, health code (including 48-hour negative nucleic acid certificate) and travel card without abnormality and make registration before entering the school.
6. Due to the need of epidemic prevention and control, parents and relatives are refused to enter the school, and the pick-up vehicles are subject to the command of the on-site staff and parked at the designated place of the school.
7. The freshmen were tested for nucleic acid on the first day of school/after KLOC-0/8. Please try to get to school before 16: 30.
