First of all, each device should be operated by one person as far as possible, and the operator's familiarity with the performance of the device is helpful to timely and accurately judge the fault state. Before the equipment runs, our operators must make necessary inspections on the equipment, including whether the buttons on the equipment console or operation panel are loose, whether the wires and power cables are damaged and exposed, whether the power switch is sensitive and reliable, and whether the protective grounding of the equipment shell is firm and reliable. Finding hidden dangers in time and eliminating them are the most effective measures to prevent accidents.
Secondly, when our equipment is running, it must be operated in strict accordance with the machine nameplate and operating procedures, and it is not allowed to exceed the nameplate load without progress. Most equipment can't reach the full load rate of 100%. Long-term full load or even overload operation will not only accelerate the aging of equipment, but also cause heating of electrical components and aging short circuit of cables, resulting in equipment burning and even fire accidents. Once abnormal temperature rise, abnormal noise, burning smell or sparks are found, the operation should be stopped immediately, the power supply should be cut off, and professionals should be notified to carry out maintenance. Although the secondary side of the welding machine is only tens of volts, electric shock accidents may occur in humid environment or in metal containers, so once the welding glue line is exposed, it should be wrapped with insulating tape in time. Small electric tools, such as magnetic drills, angle grinders, etc., must get electricity from the power board equipped with leakage protector, and the operators must wear insulating shoes. Turn off all equipment before going to work every day, especially when driving. Most cars in our company are equipped with remote control devices. If you don't cut off the power supply, some parts of the car are on standby at any time. Once there is an abnormality, the consequences will be unimaginable. Now the civilized construction sites of all workshops are well done, but the electrical cabinets and electrical equipment must be avoided when cleaning the ground with sanitary water.
Finally, in case of equipment electrical accident, cut off the power supply at the first time to avoid the accident expanding and causing greater losses. It is forbidden to use water or foam extinguisher to put out electrical fires. If someone is found to be electrocuted, it is forbidden to pull the electrocuted person by hand. Turn off the power switch immediately, pick up the wire with a dry wooden stick or bamboo pole, and immediately carry out on-site rescue with correct artificial respiration.
It is worth mentioning that it is the dry season in autumn and winter, and it is also the high incidence period of fire accidents every year. The use of heaters is gradually increasing. Every user must form the good habit of turning off the power supply, especially the heater in the cab. The driver should turn off the power of the heater even if he gets off the bus for only a few minutes, so as to avoid the heater falling and catching fire due to vibration during remote control operation.
