Third, the recruitment principles

Fourth, the recruitment conditions

(4) Have the professional or skill conditions required for the post, and the professional required for the post shall be subject to the discipline catalogue of the Ministry of Education;

Persons under any of the following circumstances may not apply for employment:
1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes or have been dismissed from public office;
2. Persons who have not been disciplined by Party discipline or government discipline or who are undergoing disciplinary review;
3. Persons suspected of violating the law and committing crimes who are under judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion;
4. In the open recruitment of institutions of all levels and types, due to violation of the "Regulations on the Handling of Disciplinary Actions in Open Recruitment of Institutions", people who are recorded in the integrity files of candidates in open recruitment of institutions and whose recording period is not full;

Seven, recruitment methods
In the following three ways:
(1) Open recruitment for the class of 2020.
1. Recruitment target: recruit the 2020 master's degree (full-time undergraduate with first degree) or full-time undergraduate from a double-class construction university (excluding its independent college); The secondary primary school can also recruit 2020 graduate students or full-time undergraduates from other normal universities.
2. Registration:
(1) Registration conditions: born after 10/0/9901; Have the professional qualification of the corresponding post (graduates of the class of 2020 must provide the teacher qualification certificate required by the corresponding post before August 3 1, 202 1. If the probation period expires without obtaining the teacher qualification certificate, the employment contract shall be terminated according to law). Undergraduate comprehensive evaluation scores must be in the top 50% of the same school and major.

(3) Registration method: applicants can register at the recruitment school (the original and photocopy of the materials required for registration must be brought, and the contact person is shown in Annex 5). Failing to submit the materials on time or the overdue materials are not standardized, which is regarded as automatic waiver of qualification. If the qualification examination fails due to personal information errors, the responsibility shall be borne by the applicant himself.

3. Qualification examination: according to the job recruitment conditions, the qualification examination of the application materials provided by the candidates, the preliminary qualification examination of each employer, and the qualification re-examination of the Municipal Education Bureau. Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. In any link, it is found that the applicant does not meet the post registration conditions or the materials provided are fraudulent. Once verified, cancel the examination or employment qualification.
4. Examination: The examination is conducted by interview and lecture, and the scores are all based on a percentage system.
(1) Interview: All recruitment schools interview candidates by reviewing materials and interviewing them. Total score 100.
(2) Lectures: According to the ranking of interview results of candidates in the same position, the lecturers are determined according to the ratio of the number of job recruiters 1:3. Oral English class is mainly to judge candidates' language expression ability, understanding ability of teaching materials, organizing classroom teaching ability, comprehensive analysis ability and so on. The lecture time is 5- 10 minutes, and the content is 1 questions randomly selected by candidates from the test preparation questions, and the test preparation time is 30 minutes. After the lecture, the scores will be graded, unified and published on the spot. Keep two digits after the decimal point (rounding). The total score of the lecture is 100, and 75 is the qualified score line. Those who can't reach the qualified score line can't enter the next link.
(3) Examination place: Zhuzhou No.2 Middle School Middle School Campus.
(4) The examination time will be notified separately.
5. Determine the signing object: After the examination, determine the signing object according to the proportion of the number of people in the recruitment position plan 1: 1, and sign a contract with the recruitment school (please prepare the tripartite employment agreement).
