Classification of educational institutions:
1, a public educational institution, organized by the government, with financial allocation, incorporated into the business management, and with the nature of public welfare;
2, private education institutions, organized by enterprises, social organizations, other social forces and individual citizens using non-state financial funds, the implementation of enterprise management;
3. Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools jointly organized by China educational institutions and foreign educational institutions may set up educational institutions of all levels and types;
4. Non-academic education institutions provide all kinds of training, advanced studies and other educational services other than academic qualifications, including vocational skills, culture and art, science and technology, etc.
5. Setting up an illegal school-running institution without approval, or engaging in educational activities in an illegal way, disrupting the normal educational order.
