Three Summaries of Secondary Vocational Students' Internship
Some people think that internship is a stepping stone to finding a good job, and academic performance is ok. It seems that this argument is quite popular on campus, and there was an impetuous wind for some time. Even in Peking University, the highest institution in China, some students left a message on the test paper, "I don't have time to study because of my internship, so please be generous", which makes people laugh and cry. The following is a summary of three secondary vocational students' internships that I brought to you. I hope you like them!

Summary of students' internship in secondary vocational schools

First, the internship unit

The trainee unit is a chemical fertilizer plant in Rudong County, Matang Chemical Fertilizer Plant, which is near our high school. We had enough in high school. It often smells of ammonia. Although the fertilizer plant is not big, it is relatively large here. The chemical fertilizer plant was formerly a state-owned medium-sized enterprise in Nantong. Annual output of 40,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and130,000 tons of ammonium bicarbonate; 3,000 tons of dimethyl hydantoin; 1000t hydroxymethyl hydantoin; Cephalosporin intermediate 7-adca(7- amino -3- deacetyloxy cephalosporanic acid) 200 tons. The company covers an area of 320 mu, with 303 mu of agricultural land, fixed assets of 65.438+0.2 billion yuan and nearly 400 employees.

Second, the practice content, principles and summary

This time we only visited the production of synthetic ammonium bicarbonate, because this factory mainly produces this. And no one in the factory wants to make trouble. And the factory is very polluted, and there is darkness everywhere. The factory is full of coal dust, and most employees are coolies. The technicians in the factory probably talked about the production process, and then I also looked up some information. The main content of this internship is the synthesis of ammonium bicarbonate, in which synthetic ammonia is the main section. H2 and N2 gases are used to synthesize ammonia at high temperature, high pressure and in the presence of catalyst.

In the process of gas production, water gas is mainly produced by water. c+H2O->; CO+H2 (collectively referred to as semi-water gas), in which water vapor is generated by the boiler. N2 mainly comes from air, which blows from the bottom of the tower to the hot carbon layer. Because coal contains sulfur, the gas contains H2S and sulfur dioxide. After desulfurization, it enters the purification tower, and then enters the compressor for pressurization, that is, it enters the shift process. This process converts carbon monoxide into carbon dioxide. Then oil separation is carried out to protect the catalyst. The operation in the compressor can be called refining section, which removes a small amount of CO and CO2, and its pressure is about 120Kg. Then enter the synthesis section, N2+H2-> NH3, dilute ammonia reacts with CO2 to generate ammonium bicarbonate, and ion dehydration forms ammonium bicarbonate crystals. The reaction is carried out in a carbonization tower. Because ammonium bicarbonate has strong volatility and low nitrogen content, compound fertilizer is now used.

Therefore, the main products of chemical fertilizer plant also include quaternary ammonium alcohol, formaldehyde, dimethyl ether and methanol. In the presence of catalyst alumina, dimethyl ether can be dehydrated in tube heat exchanger. Are the main chemical raw materials and chemical supplies. In modern life, in order to protect the environment, methanol can be used as fuel to replace the previous gasoline, and at the same time, the shortage of resources can be alleviated.

The carbon dioxide used in the production of ammonium bicarbonate by carbonization tower is absorbed from shift gas through sleep, which reduces the cost and the emission of greenhouse gas carbon dioxide. This is not bad when the greenhouse effect becomes very serious.

Three. Experience and gains

The internship will be over soon. During this short internship, I gained a lot and felt a lot. I think this form of internship is very interesting, because it is more practical and intuitive than sitting in class. Through field visits, I feel that I have really learned a lot of knowledge related to my major, and at the same time, I have improved my ability to understand and analyze problems in production practice. It laid a foundation for future practical work. But at the same time, we also realize that our knowledge is so scarce, so we should study professional knowledge harder in the future, fill our own gaps, and strive to contribute to the chemical industry in China!

Four. Opinions and suggestions on enterprises

I think enterprises should give more support to students' internships, including internships. Maybe your enterprise will need talents like us in the future, and you need to train talents in the long run. Moreover, enterprises should really pay attention to environmental protection, because there are many students living not far from the factory, and many people have long complained about this factory. If the environment is deteriorated for economic benefits, it will not be worth the loss.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) comments and suggestions on the course

This kind of internship in school is very good, which not only consolidates the knowledge learned, but also preliminarily understands chemical production in practice and increases the knowledge of the factory. At the same time, I also learned something from my classmates that was not in the textbook. The enthusiasm of the workers, their willingness to help others, their fear of hardship and fatigue are always worth learning. Schools should offer more such courses. From the freshman year, we will take us to visit some well-known large enterprises and some high-tech industries every semester, and provide some internship opportunities, which will be very helpful for students' growth.

Summary of students' internship in secondary vocational schools II

Clinical practice is the consolidation and strengthening of theoretical learning stage, as well as the cultivation and exercise of nursing skill operation, and it is also the best training before our employment. Although this period of time is short, it is very important to each of us. We cherish this time, cherish the opportunity of daily exercise and self-improvement, and cherish this rare mentoring relationship with teachers.

Before the internship, the science and education teacher arranged unified training according to our needs and job requirements, including:

First of all, understand the hospital profile.

Second, understand the relevant provisions of student management.

Third, understand the general knowledge of public security management.

Fourth, understand medical ethics education.

Five, understand the writing of medical documents.

Six, master the relevant nursing knowledge.

Seven, understand the nosocomial infection.

Eight, understand the relevant knowledge of the operating room.

In the meantime, the science and education teacher also organized us to go to various wards to see medical records, expert lectures on medical disputes and emergency videos, which gave us a preliminary understanding of the actual clinical work and laid the foundation for formal work.

When I first entered the ward, I always felt at a loss I am in a strange state about nursing work, and I still don't have a formed concept about what I can do in such a new environment. Fortunately, we have a teacher to introduce the ward structure, work and rich experience in teaching teachers, which makes us adapt to the nursing work in the hospital quickly. Being able to adapt to the hospital environment as soon as possible has laid a good foundation for internship and work in the hospital, which should be regarded as the first harvest in the internship stage: learning to adapt and learn to grow and survive in the new environment.

A nurse's job is very heavy and messy. Although there were some feelings before and after, I really felt deeper after entering the ward. Indeed, the work of nurses is very fragmentary and messy, which can be said to be humble, but through the incomprehension of most people, we find that nurses have their unique charm. Hospitals cannot live without nurses, which shows the importance of nurses. Doctors can't do without nurses, patients can't do without nurses, and the whole environment can't do without nurses. This kind of trivial work has a complete system, which can be described as "the sparrow is small and complete", and it is precisely because of this that it can play its unique role and produce an indispensable role. Because of clinical practice, I have a more comprehensive and profound understanding of nursing work and a more detailed understanding of this industry. The second gain from entering the clinic is to correctly understand nursing, establish correct professional ethics and develop a good working attitude.

On the first morning of my internship, I came to the hospital early. The shift had not started at 8 o'clock. I followed the nurse to change the patient's sheets and take his temperature. At 8 o'clock, doctors and nurses handed over their shifts on time. The doctors and nurses on duty last night reported the patient's condition, and then the bed management doctors began to make rounds respectively. I followed them, listened carefully to how they examined patients and asked them. Looking at their meticulous work attitude, I can't help but be filled with reverence. First of all, the doctor will ask the patient's symptoms, such as fever, pain, diet, normal excretion, polyuria, oliguria and so on. Then, the doctor carefully observes the patient's signs, sometimes makes percussion, and finally gives orders. At this time, the nurses began to nervously control the doctor's advice and take the medicine according to the doctor's advice. Nurses check their body temperature every four hours and draw a temperature curve for doctors' reference. In addition, they patrol the room every half hour to check whether there is anything unusual.

In the afternoon, the doctors held a seminar for patients in 14 bed. I also went quietly, listened carefully to their discussion and wrote down all the main points. Before you know it, you should get off work. Back to the dormitory, I summed up today's gains and problems, and felt that today was really full!

I think the most contact with patients is ward practice, with a deep understanding of diseases and a thorough grasp of basic nursing operations. The biggest and ultimate goal of practice is to cultivate good operation skills in advance and improve the ability of nursing work. Therefore, under the teaching principle of "let go, don't look around, don't worry about looking around", actively strive for every exercise opportunity, such as catheterization, bed washing, bed bathing, automatic gastric lavage, intravenous infusion and other basic nursing operations. At the same time, I constantly enrich my clinical theoretical knowledge, actively think about various problems, humbly ask teachers or other teachers for questions that I don't understand, and take knowledge notes. When the teacher doesn't have time to answer, we will look for books after work to better strengthen the combination of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice. Most of the practice departments in _ _ _ hospital are general wards, and most of us are nurses in charge. While following the teacher in charge of patients, we should strengthen the observation of patients' condition, enhance the understanding of patients' diseases, educate patients with various health knowledge and exercise their ability to apply what they have learned. According to the requirements of the hospital, I actively completed medical record writing, teaching rounds, lectures, etc., and cultivated my writing, organization and expression skills. Generally speaking, the third harvest during the internship is also the biggest harvest: the nursing operation skills have been improved, the level of disease awareness has risen, and various nursing work has gradually become proficient. While cultivating excellent professional skills, they also cultivate good study habits. By thinking, we can draw inferences from others.

During our practice in the hospital, everything we do is for the health of patients and the prognosis of diseases. We strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital, strictly follow the aseptic principle in all operations, and strictly implement the "three inspections and seven pairs". In the department, we all conscientiously do all the work, abide by the aseptic principle, implement the check system and cultivate a good work style. This should be regarded as the fourth harvest, although it can't be said to be great, it is also an important and indispensable harvest.

After N days of internship, I have a preliminary understanding of clinical nursing and learned a lot of new knowledge. First of all, medical ethics education really makes me feel sacred and pragmatic as a doctor. We must establish our own image and adhere to principles, so as to better safeguard the sacred authority of angels in white and gain the respect of patients and colleagues. Secondly, lectures on specific clinical work, such as writing medical documents, nursing knowledge and nosocomial infection, let us realize how difficult it is to do a good job in clinical work, which cannot be mastered by theoretical knowledge alone. At the same time, I have a perceptual knowledge of correctly handling the relationship between doctors and nurses. Doctors and nurses are equally important, no matter who is older or younger. Our ultimate goal is to cure patients. I think the work of nursing staff is more important and complicated, which deserves the respect of every medical staff. Also, by watching the video about medical disputes, I fully realized the high risk of medical work and the high standard requirements of our medical staff from all walks of life. We should learn to handle the doctor-patient relationship better while mastering skilled professional knowledge. The patient came to see us. They are our gods. We must establish a sense of self-protection, increase legal knowledge, and better exercise our duties and rights in our work.

How time flies! During the N-day internship, I not only learned a lot of nursing professional knowledge, but also integrated into the society as angels in white. Although I have to get up early in practice and work is tiring, I am really proud and proud whenever I see the patient's smile after recovery! As a volunteer, our duty is to save lives. Health depends on life! This is the oath of our medical students. In these N days, I understand the sacredness of being a medical student, and we are the angels of patients. To this end, we should spare no effort to think of patients and try our best to serve them. This internship is our first social practice as a medical student, and it also lays a solid foundation for us to enter the society in the future!

Summary of students' internship in secondary vocational schools III

Today, the metalworking practice, which lasted for six weeks and spanned two semesters, finally ended. Looking back on these six weeks of study, I feel a lot. In the first four weeks of study, my q5 group didn't actually finish all the work. We have come into contact with more than a dozen jobs such as wire cutting, gear grinding, die sheet metal, milling, lathe work, plc, rapid prototyping and heat treatment. Some of them are a little shorter because of English classes or holidays, but in general, we are familiar with the basic working principles of various machinery and the processing technology of related materials during this time.

Looking back on these six weeks' study, I think the most gratifying thing for our major should be the unique "Metalworking Cup" design competition in the last two weeks of internship. The competition is divided into Group A and Group B. Group A includes model design of spring-powered cars and electric through boats, while Group B includes welding (Xiaoman Waist, Bird's Nest, Eiffel Tower), surface treatment (Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival, Mei Zhu Lan Ju, Kirin), lost foam casting (China Tongfeng Lantern, China Pavilion), chess processing, etc. All kinds of technologies can join in the fun, and I think it's right to use a hundred flowers to describe it.

I participated in the design of electric direct sailing ship model, which is also very powerful. On the day of the competition, our best spacecraft successfully passed the 10m waterway for three times, only hitting the wall for the first time, with results of 19.94, 18. 10 and 19.22 respectively. It is worth mentioning that the best score of other teams is 19.4 seconds, which means that the top two scores of the competition are all run by our best spacecraft. Even if it is three times, the average score is 19.08 seconds, which is much faster than the second' best score'. Coupled with our cool style, it is not surprising that we eulogize the origin of the name spaceship. "Occasionally, ships that run faster than us are not as beautiful as us, and ships that look better than us are not as powerful as us (of course, the only thing that looks better than us is the catamaran built by machines), so it is the title of the best spaceship, hehe."

As an internship report, like most people, I won't tell you what job I learned and what skills I mastered on that day. In fact, these are all bluffs. Can you say that you mastered those mechanical operations in a day or two and won't forget them? It's impossible. Only by really thinking after practice can we not waste a metalworking practice.

So I want to share with you some of my experiences and thoughts in the stage of making our ship model. If these six weeks are divided into two stages, in contrast, the first four weeks can actually be said to be theoretical learning (learning how to use those mechanical equipment), and the "Metalworking Cup" in the next two weeks should be our practical stage. How should you design your products, what processing technology should you use, and how to process materials well? These are not problems that can be solved by any single type of work in the first four weeks, only what you have learned can be put ahead.

In this short period of two weeks, we can be roughly divided into three stages, the first three days are the design stage, the next week is the production stage and the last few days are the debugging stage.

At the beginning of the design of our Acura spacecraft, we didn't really know what our spacecraft should look like, but under the joint discussion of the team members, we achieved the following three goals:

1. The ship can sail smoothly without capsizing;

2. The ship can sail in a straight line, avoiding curve sailing or spinning in place;

3. Under the first two principles, the ship can reduce the resistance as much as possible and be as fast as possible.

Because of these guiding ideas, we spent three days quickly designing our three-dimensional model. Of course, it was only the first draft, and there were many changes in the production process, but it was these clear goals that enabled our ship to be completed on schedule.

In the production stage, we found that it was not easy to use aluminum alloy plate as a curved surface, so we tried to reduce the curved surface in the design, then made a model with a4 paper, and then drew the size on the aluminum alloy plate for cutting. The most difficult thing is the surface of our bottom floating board. This is the most important part of our hull design. The inner sides of the two floating plates are vertical and go straight into the water, which plays the role of steady flow and drag reduction, and also plays the role of rudder. The outside is the only surface design in our overall design, and it is also the most difficult to do. At first, I gave up two floating boards because of thoughtlessness. But it is precisely because of the design of the floating board that our hull will not tilt even if it is placed on the ground, let alone on the water. When sailing, it is the most stable of all the participating ship models, and there is no inclination. And because of the design of the vertical plane inside the floating board, our ship is the straightest one. After three voyages, I hit the wall for the first time because I entered the water slightly.

After the upper, middle and lower parts of the hull are assembled, the next step is the design of our transmission system and the installation of the power system. At first, we thought of using double propellers, so we thought of using gear plates, but the energy lost in transmission will be great. Therefore, we accepted the suggestion of our tutor, Mr. Zheng, and connected the single paddle, shaft and motor with plastic pipes, which greatly reduced the loss of any link in the middle. During this period, we also encountered some difficulties, but they were all overcome by our team. First of all, our shaft is made of 3mm round steel with smooth surface and high cutting hardness, which is a very good shaft material. However, it is precisely because the hardness of round steel is too high that we can't make threads by hand, even if we invite a teacher, there is nothing we can do. But the drilling machine not far away inspired us. We take off the drill bit, put the shaft in, and the vice holds the metal wire, so the shaft slowly presses in the metal wire while rotating, and the threads come out in coils. Similarly, our shaft sleeve has encountered similar problems. The shaft sleeve is 6mm in diameter, and a 3.3mm hole should be drilled on it. At first, the teacher thought it was impossible, fearing that the shaft sleeve would be deformed and bent due to excessive stress during drilling. But we didn't compromise, because although the sleeve is a small part, our power system can't succeed without it. So we decided to try. I didn't expect to succeed.

Well, after the main components of the power system are processed and assembled, they are debugged. At first, we tried many propellers, and even the same propeller was sometimes unstable. Therefore, it is very difficult for our propeller designers and spacecraft debugging personnel. If it weren't for their efforts, our best spacecraft wouldn't have achieved such good results. Let's salute them again.

In fact, I learned a lot from these little things: many times, there will always be a voice around us,' This meeting will be very difficult, you can't do it, you can't do it'. Then we began to doubt and retreat, so we really can't, really can't.

In fact, there are only two kinds of people who make this sound. One is a loser. They have never succeeded in the same situation as you, so they find it difficult. Unfortunately, when you meet them and ask them for advice, they tell you their inner fears. Once you are not firm enough, you become one of them. For example, if you ask a person who often fails math, ask him if math is difficult. He will tell you that math is difficult, and sometimes he really wants to die on the wall. But if you ask a person who often gets 100, he will say that those math problems are as simple as death, and you can do them with your eyes closed. How do you feel at this time?

The second kind of people, they haven't tried, but they don't want to try and don't want you to try, so they tell you it's impossible and don't waste time. This kind of person is actually more hateful, because the former kind of person really finds it difficult to tell the truth; But the latter kind of people are not like this. He hasn't tried. How does he know if it's difficult? Einstein once said: "There are only two words that promote the development of this world, that is,' thought', and only these two words make this world stagnate. And these people are the kind of people who ruthlessly kill your thoughts. A few words from these people may kill your thoughts, drive away your curiosity, and make you gradually lose yourself and completely obey their commands. From then on, your thoughts began to think according to his ideas. You are no longer you because you have no thoughts of your own.

So what I want to say is: maybe there are too many voices on the road of life telling us that it is impossible, impossible, but we can do it bravely and reap our own success; Maybe there are many failures on the road of life, but please believe that as long as you persist for a while, success is just around the corner; Don't let others, let failure control your thoughts, and always be your truest self. It is said that confident women are the most beautiful. I think I should add that confident men are the most successful.

Of course, I didn't mean to blame our teacher. I just got something deeper from this little thing. I hope the first two paragraphs that the teacher saw will not be misunderstood.
