1. Those who pass the college entrance examination and are admitted to colleges and universities hold the graduation certificate of ordinary colleges and universities;

2. Those who pass the entrance examination for adult colleges and universities and are admitted hold the graduation certificate of adult colleges and universities;

3. Self-study exam graduation certificate;

4. Diploma of Higher Education Examination;

5. Graduation certificates of military academies shall be jointly issued by the General Staff and the Ministry of Education;

6. The graduation certificate of the Party School shall be an adult college graduation certificate issued by the Ministry of Education;

7. Adult higher education forms approved by the Ministry of Education that belong to the national education series, such as adult college entrance examination, distance network education, open education, etc.
