Should children in small classes (Montessori) attend mixed-age classes or the same-age classes?
According to the requirements, a class should have two Montessori teachers and a nurse. The children are divided into three groups according to their age. Generally, the two teachers teach the children in the big class and the middle class respectively, arrange nurses to take care of the children in the small class, or choose teaching AIDS, or do some manual work, or draw graffiti. Do not interfere with each other. Then give lessons to the children in the small class. After everyone finishes class, the teacher should observe the children's operations and guide them to record. I think this class mode is good. The key is whether our teachers can truly master Montessori's educational philosophy and take the Montessori education road with China characteristics.
