Wages and remuneration/benefits

According to the Notice of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the Provisional Regulations on Higher Education Self-study Examination, Guo Fa [1988] 15. Article 32 stipulates the salary and treatment of graduates of higher education self-study examination: after being hired, non-working personnel are treated the same as similar graduates of ordinary colleges and universities; If the salary of on-the-job personnel is lower than that of similar graduates of ordinary colleges and universities, it shall be implemented according to the salary standard of similar graduates of ordinary colleges and universities from the date of obtaining the graduation certificate.
